Hi Cody,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with 310 Nutrition.
Our system shows that you have chosen the Subscribe & Save price when you placed the order last December 29, 2023 which signed you up for a subscription.
January 16, 2024, you had skipped your shipment from your online account which pushed the next shipment date to March.
Although we are uncertain on what happened during our carrier's delivery, we have already submitted a report to our partner carrier about this delivered but not received package.
A full refund has been issued for this order.
This is to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled and rest assured that no further shipments will be processed unless you placed another order. You are welcome to comeback anytime.
We would also like to thank you for being a customer of 310 and for trying out our product, know that we are always looking for ways to better our service and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process.
