              WORST mortgage company ever. **** ***** sold our loan to these crooks and we have had nothing but problems. We sold the property that Village capital held the mortgage on, Requested pay off and wiring instructions, took 20 days to receive the information. We were 13 days past the closing date when we finally got an email with the instructions. Village capital pushed the process out for 33 total days and then reported my loan to the credit agencies for being late. When you call to get help, you get told a supervisor will call back and they NEVER DO. Then you call back after waiting a few days only to get told the same thing again. I am a disable Veteran and the VA needs to know how this company treats Vets. Shameful. If I could rate them zero stars I would.
