This company is a con job. They installed our pool 3 years ago & left it w/ busted pool equipment that we had to hold together w/ c clamps for a year b/c from day one they never ever returned our calls. The unions blew up a day after their construction team left our property, BLEW UP. Finally we just started doing the maintenance ourselves b/c it became clear they were never going to communicate w/ us & we want nothing to do w/ their business any way! They don't communicate w/ the client at all, they don't honor their "warranty" & now, after making what we were told a year ago in April, was the final payment AND receiving a release of lien, they are in our emails telling us they didn't charge us for a water bowl (they did, we have all the receipts). And why wouldn't they have said something sooner or during our IN PERSON visit in April 2023 to make the LAST payment?? B/c it's BS. They are also saying they've sent several emails to me about this and yet, I have none prior to yesterday, zero. I don't know why they don't think we can go back years & see all these things, we can. They are trying to fleece us & we are taking legal steps to finally deal w/ this nonsense. I would highly recommend going to the BBB sight & referring to the low rated reviews about these people, they all say the same or similar stuff & the BBB highly discourages anyone from using their services. If I could give zero stars I would. ?? Thank goodness for good, reputable pool folks in town. We have managed to get the pump fixed & are able to maintain the pool w/out this companies non existent "warranty" or help.
