    Let me be clear consistent with first amendment rights i will sue you on the following causes of action deceptive business practices, breach of contract other. d not write to me or pretend i have time or interest to communicate with you in this country you CANT charge someone without authority exorbitant rates. esp without consent. and signature. i will spread this info all over DONT write me you are dishonest crooks with nasty customer service which is a joke.

    Company has no morals and does not respect a long time customer. The branch manager at the riverside store was very rude and hung up the phone on me while stating a compliant. I rented a car from this location a found that a crack had spread from under the hood on the front windshield. I was told that I would have to cover the repair. I stated that this appeared to be from regular wear and tear and was not from any contact while driving. I took the car to a ****** dealership and they stated it could of been from a defect or weather related and they could not find a impact area as well. When I advised the manager of this he just got louder and keep repeating I chose not to get insurance on the vehicle. I stated the the insurance argument was not relevant because this was wear and tear on a vehicle with ***** miles and numerous starches and dents. The manager then stated to me and my wife what do you want me to do about it pay it out of my pocket. So now I will be out of hundreds of dollars right before Christmas with a six year old son. I would be ok paying for this if I had damaged the car but it cant be proven anyway when the crack stated. I am shocked with how rude the store manager was and how he showed no empathy to a long time customer and just was like pay it and our leave.

    My personal vehicle was severely damaged by one of the employee's mistakes in letting one of their vehicles roll down the driveway and into my parking lot, smashing my vehicle. It has been a month later, and it is obvious they are avoiding me and evading paying for the damages. I have been told one thing after another, regarding who is supposed to contact who, who my claims adjuster is, etc. only to discover later information that contradicts what I've been told. I have done everything on my part as promptly as possible (e.g., getting a damages estimate and sending it to Enterprise, contacting my insurance company), so there's no excuse for them to place on me in terms of their lack of action. The body shop who did my damages estimate warned me "You will have to watch them. They will try everything they can to not pay". So far, they have been right. I am disgusted that a company with this level of success, who are indiscriminately at fault, aren't simply following what should be a simple protocol. My next step will likely be contacting a lawyer.

    Basically be careful on all your account transactions because they will rip you off and lie to you wont return your phone call hang up on you. The manager in *********** is very rude and very snotty because I left a bad review on their page. I have a bank statement stating they overcharged me and Ive been trying to call them and get this resolved, but they wont never call me back, they hang up on me or they tell me theyre gonna send me to a different office. Its been almost 2 months and I still cant get my money out of them and I have proof so just be careful when youre dealing with them if youre going to extend your rental, dont call them just extend it and take it out of your deposit because if you pay for it, theyll go ahead and take it out of your deposit too so youll pay for that day , the people that rent your card for you are nice but then they turn around and lie to you so I dont advise this business at all

    At first, the car buying experience was great. But a few weeks later, mechanical issues with our new vehicle began. We were told the regular routine maintenance for the mileage was done, and after a trip to the dealership that was proven to be a lie. Enterprise refuses to take accountability (specifically ******, the supervisor). He argued with me and refused to provide answers on why the vehicle hadnt received the required maintenance before it was sold.The buying experience is great but dont expect much more afterwards.

    I had the worst experience on July 19, 2024 at the *********** location on ******. After waiting 45 minutes for my vehicle, I was told they were still waiting for my vehicle that had to be cleaned and serviced. I had inquired several times prior and was told they were working on it. I watched customers come and go and so that is when I approached the counter to inquire. The staff were rude and un-empathetic when I inquired after waiting for almost 1 hour. They said: "You can go elsewhere if you don't want to wait any longer!" That is when I said it's almost 1:30pm where am I going to find a car this late in ***********? Then the female clerk said "We are not going to rent you a car with that attitude" I was livid. Upset, I told them I was stuck traveling from southern *****, had been dropped off and apologized if I offended anyone as I was just inquiring. At that point she said "We are not going to rent you a car no matter if you apologize" I had to get walk to your competitor 5 blocks to get another car which cost me a lot more last minute. At **** I was told they had similar customers go to them indicating when they inquired the staff told them they didn't have to serve them and canceled their reservation. I want the Clerks on duty between 12:30-1:30 on July 9,2024 to be investigated. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the clerks that were working at that time. They were absolutely unprofessional and very rude to a customer that have used ********************** in many states. I will never use Enterprise again based on my recent experience.
