      What a joke and scam if ever there was one. They use Robo-caller, and I never talk to anyone, period. I called the hospital, my wife was in and spoke to billing, who Medicredit was supposedly collecting for. I asked the lady, in billing, if my wife owed any money. She replied no, after checking and then I asked them about Medicredit. Do you use them? She answered, never heard of them. They are a scam. I will not rate them a 1 as even -0 is not low enough for who these people/robots are.

      After having the "hospital" bill reviewed (for over a year) and insurance claims not being addressed or processed I had to deal with this company.I made scheduled payments as promised (after settlement letter was sent) and the balance NEVER went down!! Last attempt to resolve took over 30 minutes of going back and forth with rep to explain that the settlement letter had a balance and that is what I had agreed to pay. Not what was showing in their system I might add.I zero'ed the account out (in protest) and if I find this goes on my credit report, well...how can companies exist with this type of service let alone hospitals who turn over accounts from honest, insured individuals who have been treated?Healthcare?? NOPE

      Awful! Just awful! FYI they did not even give me the statutory required notice that they are a debt collector in violation of federal and state law. Which is a $500 violation per offense so we are at $1000 fine thus far. I try to negotiate and they were useless. I dont even owe the amount claimed pursuant to laws which prevent balance billing but I just need them to stop harassing me. They can mail the fine amounts to me directly.

      Paid a hospital bill and emailed proof and still telling me I owe for this bill. They are rude and even offering to give a small discount to pay it why would I want to give you my money twice. Get it together and post payments on accounts and stop harassing by phone calls and thru mail.

      My bill went here because I missed a payment due to losing work. They called me and said they could give me a form to fill out to apply for it to go on hold. A month later it never showed. I finally hear back from them and they say they will not resend it because I didn't recieve the first one and that I will just have to take the hits on my credit or pay in full. I asked to maybe be transferred to someone who can approve the form being sent and the agent said "yes, I will transfer you now" and then hung up on me. Awful.

      I always pay my bills, one tiny 1 digit payment I forgot about with my provider and they sent the bill to this agency. More than a year ago, I have not received a letter or a call back (they never pick up) to resolve this bill. It is very frustrating, horrible service.

      If there was a zero star rating allowed, then that is what I would give this so called company. My account was turned over to this company before I ever received an itemized bill. I have been getting calls from them for several months. When I called them they said "we just received this outstanding debt today and sent you an itemized statement." I told them that I have been receiving calls from them for months. She said "I am not sure why since we just received it today." I again said "then why have I been receiving calls from your company for months?" Her reply was "is there something I CAN help you with?" She was so rude and unprofessional. This company is a joke and a huge fraud. I can't wait to watch their episode on "American Greed" someday soon.

      Please stop your scams! I have received several phone calls and voicemails inquiring about a debt that does not belong to me. I don't owe you guys a dime, and I would appreciate if you would stop trying to scam people out of money. It's unethically empuned. I have never received any treatment and not paid for it. Credit Karma would have told me, my credit score would have dropped, and I have been made aware that you all do this to a lot of people. STOP DOING THIS!

      This company is a bunch of rude ladies that you cannot speak to in any type of reasonable response. I have just about paid this bill directly to a hospital however these ladies choose to harrasse me to the point we fight on the phone. I am about to get an attorney for harrasment!

      I had a payment arranagement set up for over two years with this company, I missed 1 payment in January and instead of reaching out to me to see if I forgot to make the payment, they sold the debt to another debt collector and now my payment arrangement is null an void. Life happens and you forget things, but I had made payments faithfully on this account and now I have to start over with a new agency. Would have been nice to receive some sort of communication about the missed payment.
