              Very dishonest and a total rip off. My wife tried contacting *********** They have an add on line for ********** with the Wellexs lab telephone number but they are a broker and not quest labs. She was told that they were Quest with same day service or.results same day. I got there and found out results in 3-4 days. I then got a call back they said that I gave them a sample. I never did. It was like trying to call American Airlines and finding out it isnt American Airlines but a ticket broker. I have a copy of the quest lab add but with this brokers # on it. Trying to now get my money back. Never got any service

              Sorry for the confusion ******. Quest is one of our partner labs, as is Labcorp and several others across the nation. Sameday testing is just that, through our lab network, we can typically get you into a nearby lab the same day! Test results themselves average 1-3 business days, which was accomplished as the lab is required to validate identity, it's part of their CLIA certification process! I will admit surprise here since we voided this transaction on 8/3/2023, coincidentally the Same Day! So you were in fact promptly issued a full refund. We wish you the best of health!
