Dishonest company now! We have been with this company for years. Have had the maintenance program. They charged me $1637.00 for a fan motor and refused to provide a break down of the charges. They would not provide pictures that were taken or let her speak to a manger. We have called and got quotes from other companies for less than ****** for this part and labor. One company confirmed it was a refurbished part installed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!Review from Dani G

Our AC compressor froze and D and H came to our rescue. The compressor was still under warranty so they ordered us a new one. It came in and was bad from.the factory, so they ordered another one. During this time temp outside got to 113 outside and 99 inside. They loaned us a portable unit that helped a little but would freeze up and blow warm air. We bought a portable unit and a friend loaned us one. Still got to 95 in the house. Finally as of today they came out and replaced the compressor and we finally have AC again. D and H staff were awesome in keeping us in the loop. Thank you D and H.Review from Domingo and Sylvia M

the young man that came to fix our A/C did a very great job, cleaned the area after himself and communicated himself to us very well that we were so at ease and trusted him. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH d&h service regarding getting an emergency service on Saturday the 22 of July. The tech called in the afternoon to tell me no one was available that day and went through some options for getting a tech out on Sunday the 23rd. I went ahead and got the nearly 200 $ because I was told a tech would be at my home in the morning on July 23rd. I have had a contract in the past with DH had trusted what the man said. At 11:30 n July 23rd I called and spoke with ****** who said the tech was finishing up and then had two people ahead of us. I called again at 3:30 and ****** said ***** was just finishing up and would be calling us soon. It is now 5:25 pm and I have not heard from *****. I ************** and was told they would have the tech call. I think D&H lied to me to get me to sign a contract. I feel like a fool who was scammed. I do not want this contract.Review from Jo R

***** is a very polite young man and also quite knowledgeable. He cleans up well after hes finished the service. He even went out of his way to do a little extra for me. D And H took pictures of the meter readings of my capacitor and the hard start part. I knew exactly what needed replacing and felt very confident in them.Review from Veronica S

My AC went out on a really hot day -108! I called ********** sent a very competent technician that day. My AC was up & running by late afternoon. I was very grateful!
