Although very "nice", the original person had in mind what I needed to do and it was not what I wanted. The technician come out spent all day and did not do what was to be done. I have been without running water in my home since their original visit. The technician hooked up gas to the wrong heater and left me with out gas to the drier. The only faucet working is the outside faucet and it periodically passes slough from old pipes. He did not know what I was talking about when I asked he backflush pipes. I complained so the same technician came out and I received an estimate for another $13,000 to fix what he had done originally. All faucets and toilet worked prior to his "fixing" the pipes. I spent almost $6000 dollars and ended up worse than I had been. He stated he did not know my line to outside wasn't connected to my bathroom plumbing. I used Williams because they are licensed and the work had to do with gas and it needed inspected. Williams asked me what would satisfy me. That would be to have gas to the drier and the heater living room and water to all faucets in the home. I would like to know the cost of gas line to back porch which was cut off.
