Absolutely Zero effort by this company to do any sort of homework when seeking out individuals for collections. They sent a collections notice to my employer for a location where I have never been, (a city that they are collecting for), I have never been or lived in the City where they sent the notice, and they refused to provide any portion of the Owner Identification Number that would have been required in the United States to open a Safe Deposit Box or Post Office Box account. This is likely because they know they are sending these letters out to the wrong people and are just trying to hook anyone gullible enough to respond. This is barely a step above FRAUD and should be further investigated.

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from these idiots looking for someone with my last name but incorrect first name. They won't explain who the complainant is or what the issue is. He called my wife a liar on the phone when she tried to explain no one by that name lives at this residence. My credit report is spotless, and I don't owe anyone any money. Next stop is Attorney General website to file complaint with them

I'm a homeless Army Veteran getting harrassed by these clowns for a bill the VA should have took care of. Last February I fell off a ladder and broke my ankle. I went to Audey Murphy VA hospital in San Antonio, got xrays for 4 hours and the break being bad, the VA took me to Brooks Army Medical Center. They asked if I had insurance , and I gave them my VA card, the only insurance i had. They stabilized my ankle scheduled surgery for a later time. I started get bills for the painkillers the DOD says the VA won't cover. And I got a bill for the surgery $4000, which should have been covered VA, I got on a payment plan with the DOD. Had some financial problems due to being in a wheelchair for 6 months ,covid and had to move and was going to stop paying, and would start back up in a few months when I got settled. I was going to get a VA homeloan but my bank said evrything was fine except for some DOD bill on there. A month later I got a call from pioneer April 7 saying I owe $7500, which I don't have, so they suggest getting the VA to pay for it. So I talked to the VA for about a week to get it taken of and they were going pay it, but clowns for some reason dont / won't talk to the VA, which the lady at the VA said was a first time that a debt collector won't speak to the VA. They won't send the bill to the VA, like they asked. i asked for the bill to be Emailed as I have no mailing address, they said they don't Email. So I have to get it faxed to a fax machine somewhere. I've told them I'm not paying that bill as I shouldn't have been billed and paid any of it in the first place. So they owe me money. These people need jailed for harrassing me a diasabled homeles veteran.
