On December 23 I went and test drove a vehicle at Greg’s auto in owego ny. I was sold on the car. Greg told me he could get me into that car and I filled out the application and put a $3000 deposit down for a car that was $9995. I was able to pick the car up on 12/27. After being rushed through the paperwork and never fully described what was in it, I left. My drive home was horrible. The car was having so many issues. By time I got home the place was closed and I called first thing the next morning. I had a 30 day warranty and I was scheduled to drop off at his garage 2 days later. They had my car from Thursday until Monday. When I got my car back I did a little test driving to see that most issues were still there. I called again. I was without my new car again from Thursday until Monday. I asked for a printout of the work done on the vehicle and was told I needed to ask Greg. I asked him and his response was “why? What are you up to?” I told him I wanted record of the work done and I never did get the printout. Reviewing the paperwork with a friend who knew more of the terms, he pointed out the sale price was $11,200. I called Greg and was told that there was a $1200 application fee!!!!!!! 7 months of having this car and I have had nothing but problems with it and have sunk more money into it than I have paid for it so far. I have asked to exchange for a different vehicle and just have the cost of what I still owe on this one basically removed and not one response. Never would I recommend anyone go to this selfish man!!!!!
