I hired Premier Roofing to complete a repair/replacement of a facia in order to place a gutter. Adam from Premier Roofing did a full assessment of the facia and roof and explained the entire roof needed replacement. I paid in full $21,128 for the completed roof job, which was completed December 15th-16th, 2023. In March I noted the original facia that needed replacement hadn't been replaced. On March 14, 2024, I texted Adam with this information and he did not respond. I called the company 3/25 and left a message, with no response. I called again 3/28, again asking for resolution for this issue (which the office manager confirmed this replacement was in the contract) and emailed a picture per the request of the office manager on March 28. My father died a week later, therefore it wasn't until mid-April that I resumed trying to get the issue resolved, calling the company on 4/19. 4/24. and 5/9. Adam was scheduled to come on the 10th but weather prevented this, he didn't reach out until he left a voicemail on Mother's Day to stop by but of course I was with my children and not available He left a voicemail on 5/15, requesting a picture rather than stopping to look, I sent the same one I'd emailed in March, he then asked for 'a picture from afar' which was difficult being the leaves had grown in on the trees next to the site. I've also requested many times per the **** satellite company for Premier Roofing to revisit the area where the roofers placed the **** post construction, to ensure the integrity of the roof; I was without satellite service for about a week as the roofers had reinstalled the **** incorrectly. The lack of follow through has delayed having my gutters hung as well as causing undue stress and aggravation to me. I haven't heard from Adam nor other staff at Premier Roofing since 5/15/24.
