      Global lending took my car without any valid reason, despite me not having an account with them. After three days of unnecessary inconvenience and financial hardship, they admitted it was a mistake. However, I am still without my car and unable to work. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. I am unsure of when I will get my car back, and the impact on my livelihood has been significant. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Can you give someone zero stars? I had a great experience.... until I fell behind. Then I had to deal with an "agent" (I use that term loosely) Her name was Crystal?Crista-- she was very hard to understand with her thick accent. She was absolutely the most condescending person I have ever had to deal with in my entire 49 years of life. Normally, when customers are going through a rough patch, they would prefer to deal with someone who is kind, considerate, and helpful. This lady is rude, hateful, and tasteless. She talks down to customers, is not kind and makes this company look like a horrible place. I hope she isn't the face of your company--if so, you might as well get a copy of Satan and post it on your advertisements. It almost got comical, because every time I called into the 800 number, this mean lady answered. I asked to speak to someone else and she got irate- she wanted to know why. Isn't that my right? When I want to speak to someone else... your supervisor? In fact, at one point, I told her I could not understand her and she began to speak in Spanish to confuse me. Again, who treats customers this way? Get rid of this "agent"-- she is a horrible employee and puts your company in a bad light. This lady doesn't need to be dealing with customers in a crisis. I eventually spoke to a sweet lady named Camilla-- she was amazing and very kind, patient, and helpful. Thanks to her, everting was solved. The other lady... I hope your life gets better. You sure are a bitter, mean, unkind person.

      On 07/16/2024 there was an unauthorized inquiry to my credit report from Global Lending Services. I did not open any auto loan application, or submitted any other auto loan applications through any other financial institutions . I would like for Global Lending Services to please remove the unauthorized credit inquiry from my credit report as soon as possible. Thank you, *******

      There are trying to get money from my dead dad. There were not willing to refinance his car or even lower the monthly payment. For 3 months straight I’ve continuously told them he is DEAD stop sending ******* bills we will not be paying them due to the fact we can’t afford the car. Finally the last straw was the fact I was talking to a customer service rep about how we are still grieving and it’s upsetting to constantly get bills when we haven’t sent you the death certificate twice & have told you to come pick up the vehicle. This **** named Paige tells me that we are going to continue to send him bills and you can’t surrender the vehicle even though another ***** last week said we could. Make it make sense, so since you want to continue to harass a grieving family for money from their dead family member I hope you enjoy trying to find that ******* car that is now gone and good luck getting money from a dead man. * **** *** *** ****** * **** ****** ** **** ** ****. Oh and I will be suing the entire ******* company for emotional abuse if I get one more ******* bill in his name from this soulless ******* company!

      I refinanced with GLS. They claim my title was never received by previous lender despite submitting proof. Copy of title was then sent. GLS claims copy was also not received. This company has now lost 2 titles and has shown no attempt at resolving their error. I am not being threatened by this company for failure to comply with terms of loan as title is not in their possession. Avoid consulting attorneys and take your business elsewhere.

      I payed 12,999 for my car at 29% APR with this company which brought it up to $17,898 and for some reason I’ve been paying since 2021 January for some reason I still owe $14,600 where is my money going?? Don’t go through this company!!

      They have been harassing me ever since I made my last payment on my car I've been having financial hardship trying to keep up with my payments but yet they're still country call and constantly blowing up my phone they're very rude they have no compassion for other people's suffering except with you but to make out threats claiming they're going to repo the car but yeah I'm making payments though it may not be on time but I'm still making the payments go and I'm tired of the threats

      This is a terrible company. I have been waiting for my lien release letter for several weeks, but they never send it, and every time I call, they keep giving me different stories. It's 2024—email me that information or fax it to me. They said it should take 30 days to process. However, it has been more than 30 days; what kind of nonsense is that? I paid your money months ago, and they took that money in an instant; they didn't have to wait for anything. I need the CEO or whoever is in charge of this mess to take responsibility for it because it's getting overwhelming.
