We ordered drinks and food and there were boba pearls missing from the drinks and meat missing from the sandwiches. We werent informed while ordering and nothing was noted on the menu that they ran out of the ingredients and they did not mention substitutions. When we asked why the ingredients were missing after we received our order, and what can be done, they just said,Sorry, we ran out. There was nothing done or said to correct the situation. If we had known that they ran out of certain ingredients, we would have ordered differently. We feel the business should let their customers know when ingredients have run out. We have frequented this restaurant many times and have loved it. This is a huge disappointment.Customer response

We would like compensation for the food and beverage missing main ingredients by either receiving partial monetary reimbursement or gift cards. Wed also like employees to put a sign saying what sandwiches and/ or drinks have ingredients that are unavailable. We feel that transparency would have prevented out in satisfaction.
