On March 14th I tried to access my bank account with ********************** online and was denied access because I don't have a phone, They used to have security questions that you could answer instead of being called or contacted by text. As of today, March 29th, the situation still hasn't been resolved. Northrim always advertises its ************************* sadly this is not happening in this matter. Two things I might mention, #1 is that I've been a Northrim Customer since the 90's and #2 the phone number that I listed on this complaint is not my phone and the best way to contact me is by email. My dispute with Northrim has been taken care, it got resolved last Friday. Thank you!
