I must express my profound disappointment with this most recent communication. I believed that our discussion yesterday had led to a clearer mutual understanding. While I acknowledge that certain factors are beyond your control, the current situation remains unacceptable, and I struggle to convey my frustrations more plainly.A $175 reduction on a repair bill exceeding $1100 offers negligible relief. Without delving into exact calculations, this still leaves me with a shortfall of approximately $700.Despite your prompt response and diligent efforts to address the issue following our conversation, I had hoped for a swift resolution. Regrettably, I now feel as though I am being subjected to unnecessary delays once more.As evidenced by the extensive communications I have had with you and your colleagues, this situation is exceedingly frustrating from a customers perspective. I implore you to consider my position: I am a customer who has invested over $3000 in your company. I possess a machine that malfunctioned within three months of use, necessitating service. When I sent it back, I received no guidance on which company to use for shipping or any related instructions. This predicament could befall any customer, and it is imperative that both your company and I learn from this experience to prevent recurrence.I have repeatedly suggested that your company could mitigate such issues by simply providing a return shipping label. Even if the company opts to charge the customer for this label, it would likely result in a better rate due to your corporate status, and it would ensure proper handling and insurance for each return.Moreover, if your company decides not to adopt this practice, a minimum step would be to recommend reputable shipping services, excluding ****** along with guidelines on applicable transport insurance.Please advise on how we can proceed to make this customer experience pleasurable. On Jan 22, 2024 I ordered an *** Classica and a Eureka Grinder for a total of $2368.36. I received both units on the Feb 1st, 2024. The Eureka had a dosing cup missing which I called right away on and sent an email - I asked if they could expedite and they assured me they would "anything to make it right" I was told on the phone.Next I unpacked the *** espresso machine and after following the instructions found a huge water leak coming form the unit. While I don't hold them responsible for building the units I do hold them responsible to make things right as a business that sold me the products. This is where things go down hill. I try to explain to CS **************** what the situation is, and the immediate tone is I am making the entire thing up. I keep trying to trouble shoot and finally take a video and send that to them. I informed them I expect a replacement unit be sent out away while I get this defective unit back to them. Their stalling technique was to keep blowing me off, sending me from department to department knowing full well it was Friday afternoon. I was denied the right to discuss this with a supervisor and was told this entire process would take a while to even be approved (even after seeing the evidence of the leak). Mind you this leak happened from he moment it was turned on. Since they wouldn't send me a replacement I told them I wanted a full refund and return both defective units.Only then did he say it was approved and a new replacement unit would be sent out right away. As own this writing, Feb 9th, 2024 I have not received the missing part of the grinder and nor has a new *** espresso machine been sent out.The fact I was lied to is a serious problem for this business.Initial Complaint

This company is full of scam Have a order WL534151US The **** S8 arrived DOA and they ask contact **** I did Then **** told me they only offer repair If need to return have to go thru whole latte love Then I provide the label and screenshot fo whole latte love They told me they gonna taking 5% fee and shipping cost What a joke The Machine DOA and we need responsible for that
