It has been over a year now when I bought the 30 day uses for my dog. Only used it a few times until they randomly shut the dog daycare. Ive been very patient waiting for a refund or at least have an email sent out. It was a lot of money. Pretty sure it was around $900Initial Complaint

payment of $750 is made to a business "Hair of the dog" back on Aug 2nd, 2021 for 30 times of dog day care service.but this July, they sent out email saying they are temporarily closed for remodeling then all status changed to permanently closed business. We've tried to reach out their phone number and physically visited their business address but nobody present on site.They have not issued refund before they closed their business.Initial Complaint

I purchased a daycare package for my dog, ******, July 18, 2022. It cost $750 dollars ($25 per visit). He only went twice, and the business closed without warning on July 21, 2022. I finally was able to contact the owner on ********* who confirmed that I am owed $700. The owner, under the name "*************************" on ********* says that she doesn't have the money yet. It's been over 2 months, I need my $700 back. Please help.
