Fantastic Organization, working with **** and the Team is awesome providing landscaping to the ********* community for over 30 years.

We were looking for a company that could do some fence repair and building along with landscaping. Titan seemed like a good fit and although the estimate was higher than we expected, we were happy to get it done by one company and by then end of the summer. But, we ended up very disappointed. **** (estimator) forgot many of the items we originally discussed, couldn't keep things straight, and kept adding to the overall cost of the project. His communication was terrible, and with him being the middle man between us and the actual people working, it became very frustrating. The landscaping work was good, but no one asked us where we wanted the shrubs that we picked out which would have been nice. The fence work on the other hand looks like we tried to do it ourselves with no attention to detail: slats not even, rough holes made for latches, cheap latches (one broke the first time used), etc. They also pushed the old rotten pieces of wood from the previous fence into my neighbors yard and never followed through on promises to return and trim sections of the fence and posts that were left sticking up above other sections. In the end, we paid much more than the original estimate even though we clearly told **** what we wanted and they did not truly finish the project. I would definitely NOT recommend using Titan for any project!

Don't ask them to build a fence. You get told they will have it up and completed in 4 weeks. You contact 4 weeks to ask when it will be started because you recieve nothing and no movement and they keep moving the date. Promised multiple dates and it took 3 months from promised date to get fence. That doesn't include the gates. It took another 2 months after major snow storms to get gates. They weren't even installed correctly. When you say I don't want any holes on my house and they proceed to secure by placing holes in your house for the gate. That the gate doesn't even open the way you wanted to. When it snows they have blocked you from your yard for 6 months! All because they didn't listen. Steps are supposed to go with the fence coming from the porch. I'm having to wait a full calendar year for that. It was promised to be the same time the fence was to be completed. The only redeeming thing about the company is the contractor. They should go find work else where because this company is liars.

Doesnt pay there sub contractors. ******************* had me do 3 projects and havent recieved a dime. Dont recommend them to anyone
