Date of Transaction: I ordered their product on May 28th 2023, their online store. $524.49USD Nature of dispute: Selling perishable item with a critical info (date) omitted, refusing to refund.- Emailed if the product is from last season because I would have never ordered it if it was from last season. USDA say frozen fish should be used within 3-8months. I was planning to eat fresh item over a year. - Online webpage had no description saying it is from last season. On homepage, large advertisement selling this season's product. I thought this is indication they are selling this year's product.- 29th was a holiday.- May 30th they shipped my product in the afternoon.- After they ship out, they replied after 2pm that it is indeed from last season.- I reached out to the company using(representative line and sales manager line) on May 30th 3:40pm ******* time before they close (4pm). I called continuously until 4pm. Person in charge, ****************, was not in her office never came back so I left a voice message to contact me.- Soon after 4pm, I sent email requesting intervening the shipment, return of the item, and refund. Or provide a return label.- **************** called me at May 31st 11:50am saying they dont do refunds. - She said, "You should have asked before it was shipped out."- I did ask before it was shipped out. I never got a reply after it shipped out.- She said it is my fault not asking if it was last season. - I said isn't it their fault for not making it clear it is from last season? Why hide that information?Company refuse to resolve.- She bluntly refused to come to any resolution.- Unfortunately I was not able to record the call because Iphone does not let you record phone conversation.Order #***** *** tracking: 1Z8775RANT96714847
