So basically. I've had 3 oil changes in the past about 9 months. 2 from Jiffy lube my previous changes. My most recent one was Yesterday on the 13th of April. Upon starting the oil change, ***** noticed my oil pan was stripped and the plug wouldn't stay in. They said it was done by my 2 previous oil changes. So I need a new oil ********** around $1300. I went to Jiffy on ****** to talk to the owner about rectifying my issue. He was nothing but defensive & deflecting all my questions. He was even mixing up words to confuse me & tried lying to me about the stuff done on my car. The Midas technician (a previous manager of 4 jiffy lube's) called Jiffy on ****** and was given the run around & just not taking any responsibility for the car. Even tho they were the only ones to have touched it before yesterday. All I want is Jiffy to fix their mistake & pay for my oil pan replacement through Midas on Monday. i work with my car and its not fair im losing money because of this. in reality id like to pay 1300 + 200 cause thats how much i make at work a ******* deliver food for a living. but also ***** charged me an extra 200 for checkung on mu cwr again so idealy id like a total od 1500 to cover my auto expenses. ******** from Midas on northern lights is willing to vouch for me on this issue.Initial Complaint

I need to file an insurance claim with Jiffy Lube. An oil change service recently preformed by this location has resulted in my 2022 VW needing an engine replacement per a 3rd party inspection performed by VW. *********************** ************************************* -the Operations Manager is my only point of contact with Jiffy Lube and he is refusing to provide me with their insurance information. I am desperate for help and not sure where to go from here. I can send copies of receipts and quote for the engine replacement with results of the inspection performed. Any help is very appreciated. Thank you.
