I took my ATV in for swingarm bearings and a new top end. when I got home with the machine.I noticed almost immediately that there was a problem with the swingarm bearings. The swing arm and frame were loose with a half inch gap between them and the swing arm banged against the frame when the machine was in motion. I confronted the shop and he told me to just run with it and thats how it was and suggested using washers as makeshift shims to fill the gap, which was not the solution. I took the machine to a second shop and they fixed the problem. The shop I am complaining about put the bearings in incorrectly and they seized almost immediately after putting the machine back into use. The top end job was a failure as well. After only 20 miles of use there is oil leaking out of the top of my motor where they had worked on it and its running very rough and burning oil very badly. The machine stalls immediately every time you take your thumb off the Excelerator. The machine also has a horrible valve tick that wasnt there prior to this work. Unfortunately this work was done late last fall. When I got home with the machine there was snow on the ground and I put it into dry storage for the winter where it sat until I took it out this spring and put it back into use for the first time since the work had been done. I confronted *****, the owner of the shop that worked on my machine and asked him how he could send a machine back to a customer in this condition after taking all their money. ****** told me its been over 30 days and told me s*** happens and I cant prove anything and that the machine drove fine when it went from his shop to my trailer which was about 30 feet. I argued that I put this ATV into storage right after the work was done and just recently Took it out of storage and discovered how faulty the work was. I paid this shop $1200 to do this work and my machine is literally in worse shape than it was when it went in and he refuses to give me my money back
