Hogins Plumbing was contacted on 9/15/22 to fix our garbage disposal. We had an appointment scheduled for 9/22/22 from 7am-11am. No one showed up for our scheduled appointment, so we called Hogins. We were immediately texted from the company saying, "Please text". So we did; we tried setting up an appointment that way. Hogins even texted us at 1am in the middle of the night to confirm our appointment that morning at 7am. After multiple failed attempts, times, and days to have their technician show up, we are finally throwing up our hands and saying no more. Under no circumstances would I ever use or recommend Hogins Plumbing. Talk about total flakes, not to mention unprofessional communication.Business response

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Yes, we did miss our scheduled appointment time, and therefore I'm sorry for that.
This isn't usually like us, we had just lost a technician, actually our only technician, now it's just me and my dad, and it's hard, it is hard, when you're getting 100 calls a day, and you're trying to fit everyone in all at once, but that's no excuse, and bad on my part. I'm sorry for having you ***'s text us, we're just now coming out of the flue, and me or my dad wasn't really talking on the phone, cause both of us came down with the flue, but that's no excuse! Next time i will answer the phone for sure! I'm sorry for these misfortunes you've had with our company, we'll try better, we'll try harder. Again, I'm sorry for me and my dad not showing up between the scheduled time of **** A.M. Let me, or my dad know if there's anything we can do to make up for our part! I'm sorry for our **** poor behavior, we'll try better.
