The problems begin after the server dropped a bowl of soup on our table and ruined my shirt. Nothing was done to address the fact that my shirt was ruined with grease stains from the soup apart from offering me a damp towel to clean it, which didn't take out the stains.I ordered the crab legs which were brought out with cold butter. I let the server know that the butter was cold as the candle was burned down too far. She asked if she needed to send a manager over to address my request. I let her know I was simply requesting hot butter and that it was inappropriate for her to suggest a manager needed to bring out more butter.Instead of bringing a new butter set, she brought a new candle. After trying to heat up the butter with the new candle for 15 minutes, the butter would not melt so again asked for a new butter set. The server then informed me that the candle was just decorative and wouldn't heat the butter to begin with. She then brought out new butter, 30 minutes after my meal had arrived. I informed her at that point the food was cold and just asked for a box. Nothing was done to resolve my concerns, so I went to the front to ask to speak to a manager. Was put in touch with someone, who I later learned was not a manager but a supervisor, who told me he would resolve the matter and adjust our **** to accommodate the fact that I wasn't able to eat my dinner, after waiting over two hours for my food to arrive.Was then presented with the check, which was not in fact adjusted to address this situation. I paid the check in full and was later told that they had made a mistake and were supposed to have adjusted the **** but didn't get around to it. I then spoke to the assistant manager as well who again did nothing to resolve the matter. They misrepresented that they would be resolving this matter when in fact the proposed accommodation they offered was not in fact provided to me as a customer.
