I purchased a set of KickSpike boots on 06/28/2022 order number ****, paid them ****** and have not received the boots as of yet. I have tried multiple times to contact them through their website, email and by calling their listed phone numbers. Last reply I received was on 7/7/2022, at which time I requested and estimated time of shipping. they stated that the boots had already been shipped, but I have not received them. Since then the voicemail is full and they will not reply to any attempt for contact.Initial Complaint

Purchased new boots in March 2021. Light use and put away for the season. Started using again in February 2022 but spike mechanism broke in both boots. (Boots have 1 year warranty) Phoned and sent pictures to Vendor. Vendor said a definite warranty issue and new boots on there way. It is *** now and still have not received replacement boots. 1/29/2022: I contacted Kickspike through an address ********************************* provided on their website, about an issue I was having with one of their boots:Hello.I have a pair of Denalis and one the boots, the right, suddenly wont extend the spikes no matter how many times the green button is tapped. Help, please! Thank you.Over the following weeks I tried to contact them and when they finally responded, it was with a suggestion that I simply couldn't implement, and so informed them. I asked repeatedly to send the boots to their repair facility and have them repaired at my expense, but they simple stopped responding.Initial Complaint

Good afternoon,To summarize (included in emails below): I placed an order on January 10, 2022 for two pairs of boots with Kickspike in ********* **.. I received one pair of boots three weeks later. However, the second pair never arrived. On February 8th I inquired with the company and was assured they would be shipped ASAP. Unfortunately, the boots never arrived. I emailed again on February 22; no response at all. I called the company directly on March 7 and had to leave a voicemail; there was no other option.I am deeply disappointed in the unreasonable level of customer service and with the fact that I sent $600 on two pairs of boots and only received one pair. I have requested a full refund (or immediate shipping/ tracking notification) for the boots I have not received (Mens size 10).Thank you,
