We went to the ****************** and met ************, Salesman. We fell in love with a 2025 pull behind ******, but the payment did not meet our needs. We wanted a camper to take out Mother's weekend, a couple for weeks The weekend was end of April. We met up with ***** at dealership on 4/30 and made agreement to purchase a 2023 Dutchman ******* that was damaged in transport. He promised it to be ready by Mother's day., that is replacing the window, fixing the dent in front bumper, refrigerator door wouldn't open and there was shake all throughout ** from transport that needed cleaning. He insisted that we sign the finance papers then. Once papers were signed, he told us to deal with service manager. We could hardly get hold of him. Poor contact. ** was not ready for Mother's day. Then it was promised for Memorial Weekend. When said it was ready, it was dirty, the refrigerator door wouldn't open, so did not pick up. The payment is due on the ** on the 5th and we have not taken delivery of the **. I have never heard of a business conducting business in this fashion. Normally the customer approves the product before purchase. We have been treated like 2nd rate customers. ****** replace the time wasted going back and forth every time they said it was ready and it wasn't. And the salesman not knowing basic information about the ** is just poor salesmanship. A salesman should always know his product to sale. Not tell his clients to ******** it. And, what kind of a business does not have a "working" bathroom for their clientele? That is just unprofessional! I mean, how much can a plumber cost them? People that come in to buy $60k **'s don't want to use port a cans!

Spent 40k on a trailer and so many things wrong with it and they wont help or respond just excuses I wrote a ****** and Yelp review and filling a complaint we got taken advantage so bad :(

We purchased a vehicle from them in Nov 2023, that evening the check engine light came on and started flashing. We brought the vehicle back the very next workday. Within a day their service manager called and said the issue was fixed and it was ready to be picked up. The issue was not fixed, the engine light started flashing and the vehicle was stalling again that same day. I brought the vehicle back a second time, the next day was told it was fixed and we can pick it up. Well the check engine light was flashing and the car was stalling by that evening. When we brought the vehicle back a third time they kept the vehicle nearly 3 weeks then told us that they are not able to fix the vehicle and dont know why the check engine light is flashing, and it pick it up. To add to the frustration, we paid for the extended warranty and the warranty company still has not received the payment and its been well over a month.

It's been 9 weeks and they still have not sent anything to the **** So now the temp is expired I am waiting for them to get off there *****. When I call the person is not in who deals with this. I wish i never go trailer there.

A Vietnamese Sir name *****, who was very disrespectful in verbal speech. Body language and action did show hes was also racist. I will also warn other about his reaction. He didnt run a credit check to see what my family was qualified for and he immediately sad that he know in the back of his mind that we are not eligible for a vehicle. We havent start the process yet and everything just went off.
