April 28th.I purchased a used vehicle from ***** of Fairbanks. I out ****** down and financed the rest totalling ******. I signed document stating that it would be delivered and maintence would be conducted on it. Along with an full inspection. This is the condition in which I received it in after 3 weeks it was in the service department for maintenance.Initial Complaint

I also dont recommend Chevrolet Buick Gmc of Fairbanks at all!! I bought a 2022 gmc ****** back on Dec 4th 2022, it was brand new and I only drove it for four days before it was not starting and also the lights would get stuck on and it would surge the battery. I got stranded multiple times and had to get it towed to lithia, they gave me a car rental all 3 times and had that first ***** for over a month. Finally they bought my loan back and put me in a another brand new gmc ****** ***** and started loan over agian- loan rate went up 4 percent from the 1st ***** loan and I also didnt get my 3 payments I had paid the month before on the 1st ***** back! This 2nd gmc ****** lasted 10 days before malfunctioning the same way. Now Im stuck making payments on a ***** I am not even driving month 3 of this c*** and they keep saying theyre working on it ?? 18 k later and no *****. Dont recommend gmc at all! A friend told me she called ********* to ask about a denali and he said well at least the 2023s run right , last years make and models they had the wrong computer chips in the *****s a whole bunch of them didnt run right. So they know the *****s dont run and their still selling them. The first ***** I bought in December they bought back I swear I saw it on the road the other day they must of sold it again and didnt fix it correctly . If they did fix it correctly I would have my current ***** back by now. So I spent 18 k to drive 2 seperate brand new gmc ****** *****s for 17 days total in the last 3 months and have been stuck in rental car with no idea when Ill have my ***** back in running condition.Initial Complaint

Paid-$55,999 Bought-07/01/22 Broke down 150 miles outside of Fairbanks -07/02/22 Call to *****(salesman) to let him know where the truck was, long distance was out in *********** that is why call to report was delayed. ******** said truck would not be towed until keys were at dealership- 07/06/22 Drop of keys and spoke to Salesman and sales manager stating I would no longer like to own this truck and requested they buy it back. I was told that they would not work with me until the truck was fixed - 07/11/22 Email the general manager a written complaint detailing what was going on and requested they buy the truck back (never got a response)-07/18/22 Voicemail to general manager requesting a follow up on email- 07/20/22 Left a message for service to see when truck will be fixed 07/24/22 Left a message and texted to see when truck will be fixed 07/26/22 Filed a complaint with the **** listed for Chevrolet customer care- 08/17/22 ****** care extended until 08/25/22
