Basically, this is the business as usual for ***** Long waiting times for parts and services. I called them about my truck having a coolant leak on January 24th and won't be fixed till March 22nd. Fifty nine days give or take. For a coolant hose and block heater. I have *** dealing with this long wait periods ever since I bought the truck in the spring of 2021.

I have brought my truck into Seekins to get my vehicle serviced and the services I asked for were not provided and or were falsified. I have not brought my vehicle any where but to Seekins to get serviced. I have had my truck serviced many times and not a single time has my transmission fluid been checked. My truck was having transmission shifting issues so I brought it in to get looked at. I was told the transmission fluid was full and which it was not. They refused to help me with fixing this issue and told me they werent going to do anything about my transmission. I signed papers that showed what they did to my truck. Later they went in and change some of the information and stated I refused services for my transmission. I have copies of both papers. They lied and said my transmission fluid was full. The mechanic also told us that he checked it wrong but continued to document and say it was good. The manager also did not want to address or help with any of these issues. Now I do not have a vehicle to get to work and they refuse to look at my vehicle any time soon. I have been paying for a service and have never received it. The owners manual states the transmission need to be checked at every oil change if it has a dipstick. The manager told me they dont do that because it takes to long. I would like this issue to get resolved as soon as possible.

My car was turned in for warranty service in September of *************************************************************** time frame o f it being fixed *** to "parts on backorder" I attempted to contact the service department by phone several times and speak with my service manager over the course of 2 months with no reply or response as well as a no answer even after leaving messages. It has now nearly been 6 months and still waiting on backordered parts that I was able to find online at other dealerships willing to get them to me in ****** within a week. This is extremely unacceptable in my opinion.

On 9/19/2022 my vehicle went into Seekins to be diagnosed. They were able to diagnose it within the day and gave me my quote and asked if I wanted to proceed with them ordering the parts, I said yes. They told me my clutch is not fully disengaging and they needed to order a clutch release fork assembly and quoted me $2,926.95. I hadn't heard anything from them in about a month so on 10/10 I called them again and they told me the seal they are waiting for is currently on back order. I hadn't heard anything again so on 11/2 I called again and they told me the same thing. I have not received any updates from them without me being the ones to call them. I am also coming up on 2 months without a vehicle and I do not live in a town that is public transit friendly. The closest bus stop to me is 3 miles away and it is -1 degrees out today.I have also learned that their transmission guy, the person who would be working on my vehicle has since quit working for seekins and I still have heard noting on their end as to what they plan to do with my vehicle or how long they will continue to have it for. They have not offered me a rental despite having my vehicle for coming up on 2 months now. I am very displeased with how this business is ran and the lack of communication. I am attaching email correspondence between my friend and a worker at seekins who let him know their worker quit.

My vehicle has been broken down since August 12. I called as soon as it broke down, the soonest available appt was 9/13. I dropped the vehicle off 9/13. I got a call that date telling me my motor was blown (no other info) and would be put outside until they could further diagnose. It has since sat with multiple attempts to call for an update with no response until 10/26. I was told they had torn the motor down and sent it off for warranty authorization. As of today 11/3 I had not heard any updates. I called and left a voicemail and received a text stating it needed to go back in the shop for photos now, with no ETA on this. This is my main form of transportation and the service I am receiving should be illegal.
