      I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from Diamonds R Forever on 7/27/2022 while on vacation in ******, ******. I was told the bracelet had 8 carats of high quality diamonds. The salesman not only guaranteed what he was representing but said it would appraise for 20% more than what I paid. The owner, **************** encouraged me to have an independent appraisal done to prove the value, which I did. It turns out the bracelet has 6 carats of poor quality diamonds and valued at $8190.00 (I have attached the appraisal). I notified the owner **************** immediately with the appraisal report. He has been promising me a credit back to my **** for over a year and once that is done, I would then return the bracelet. This communication has been extremely consistent by way of text, emails and phone calls, including this week, however **** has yet to follow through even though he keeps telling me he will take care of the credit and it is "no problem". I want a credit for the fraudulent bracelet and to return the lessor quality on which I have never worn.

      We are replying in regards to consumer complaint from *********************. She purchased a diamond tennis bracelet in 14kt white gold 4 prong total diamond weight 8ct, with set in 4 prong with SI quality and near colorless diamonds. We also have customer 7 free gifts sets of earrings and pendant for the family. On august 11th 2022, customer sent us an email, about the appraisal, and stated that bracelet came 6ct instead of 8 carats diamonds, and regards to quality we can not be sure until its appraised by ***. Customer called us and straight way asked us for refunds, before even getting us chance to examine the bracelet. Once the bracelet leaves from our store, we can only expect to exchange or store credit. Customer did charge back twice with her credit card but we got the decision in our favor. We had back n forth communication, and all customer wanted is refund. And we insisted many times, in order to process the refund, we need to have the bracelet in person to examine but we werent given any choice but to first issue the refund then only we will receive the bracelet. After going back n forth for couple weeks, our office decided, that we will exchange the bracelet for 8 cts trusting on customer will return the other bracelet, or we paid for the credit card charges, and sales tax and gave 7 gifts to customer, so there will be restocking fee of 20% since we dont have the bracelet to examine and just to trust on appraisals report. Customer denied that also, but agreed on sending her new bracelet, in only one term, she would receive new bracelet, and once she get is appraised she will send the old bracelet back, and we were asked to pay for the appraisal, we agreed on it.on January 13th 2023 we made new bracelet **** cts 6.1 for her wrist size to fit on her wrist with good quality diamonds, and in January 15th 2023 customer received the bracelet, and was promised to have to appraised and send the old bracelet back. We followed up with customer for over 2 months. Finally she responded on March 18th 2023, that they decided to still get the refund. In that time we told customer we dont have this option at all. But we can exchange for anything else, and in the meantime I will continue to fight with manufacturer to see if they can issue the refund. But I wasnt given any option again, since manufacturers dont have the other bracelet in order to examine and its was almost 9 months. So customer decided to send the bracelet back in April, and we received the bracelet in April 30th 2023. We did our best to accommodate the customer and resolve the issue from august 2022, but we can only find out the Dalit if we have the jewelery in our hand. We did our best she has both bracelet intact the new bracelet she has wi the her for more then 3 n half month we lost an opportunity to sell. We did our best to resolve the issue. But at this point we only have 1 option, to exchange for different jewelry. As their is no refund can be issued at this point, giving so much time and sending new bracelet we did our best.

      Although **** has repeatedly said a refund was a non-issue as the bracelet was a such a "small" purchase compared to most his customers, I have come to realize that he is less than truthful and he misrepresents his merchandise.  His words when selling products encourage consumers to get their own independent appraisal and guarantees it will appraise for 20% more than the consumer pays.  He must expect consumers will not follow through on this however we did exercise his suggestion. As proven, he sold us a bracelet significantly less than what was represented and shown on the receipt.  As soon as we had the independent appraisal results, it was provided to **** at Diamonds R Forever.

      The 7 free gift sets are "tourist give-aways" at every jewelry store; which there are many.  In fact, we still have them.

      Over the 12+ months of communicating with ****, much of which is in writing, his excuses range from shutting down the ****** location as it is seasonal, shutting down all his rental properties for the winter in ****** where his employees reside, traveling through *****, selling his house in *****, personal issues, etc.   As you tell by that much detail that he shared with me regarding his  personal life, I have spend a lot of time and patiently waiting for **** to follow through on his words of a refund.

      In addition, the other consumer complaints to the BBB are similar.   We can not all be making up these stories!

      What does the BBB suggest at this time?   A refund is certainly my first choice.

      In regards to rejection of ****, I followed up with her from the very first day, our sales receipt clearly says, No Refund only exchange or store credit on approval. In regards to other customer complaints, we replied to each complaint and some of the fraudulent complained were filed just to get the money and keep our jewelery as well. We asked ****, give us an opportunity to examine the bracelet, this would have cleared the doubts. When the generic jewelry they dont have any serial numbers, we can only accept the fault once we have the piece in our hand for further examination. Customer from beginning only have pushed for refund she had focused only for refund. Even though she agreed to get new bracelet, and the deal was if that bracelet have any problem regarding for the quality and any other issue then we will try to seek different remedy, but she kept the new bracelet for over three n half month and then decided then she will just simply return and ask for the refund. We have kept our honesty from day one, we have sold dozens of tennis bracelets and working with reputed manufacturers who have been in business for more then 5 decades, this was the first unique case and hence we got an opportunity to examine the bracelet but customer only demanded for refund first and then will send the bracelet. No business would refund until they have it piece in their hand and it goes for proper examination whether some thing was wrong or something happened to the jewelery. I kept my honesty and  my promise and sent customer new bracelet, but we just received only one solution REFUND every time. This is luxury jewelery business. We have many competitors around us and so we can only do our best to provide best customer service. All the complaint by customers we handled and replied to the complaints with proper evidence to prove our honesty. And some of the complaints doesnt even relate to our business but were adviced by our competitors. We did our best to resolve the issue with ******************* but at this point we can only exchange the bracelet or offer store credit, for the purchase, I will still mention we were never given an opportunity to examine the bracelet. Otherwise this would have been resolved last year one or the other. Im attaching ***** receipt for the new bracelet and **** receipt by **** when the new bracelet was sent back.

      8/19/2023 1 Pair 1 Carat Mined Diamond Earrings, 2 Pair Tanzanite Earrings, 1 Carat Mined Diamond 14 KT Bracelet. Entered store in ******. Owner of the store "****" went through his store and presented us with "real mined diamonds" and went through his "warranty information". He explained that he offers a no questions asked money back guarantee and that at any time if we were not completely satisfied with the quality or the had any issues he would give a full refund. He explained to us that many of the other jewelry stores in the areas were "fakes" and that he was the only store in the area with a partnership with many of the leading brands and can offer this. He needed to cut the posts on the earrings and told us to return to the store in an hour after we purchased the items. We left and visited Princess ******** and was told there was an active case in the Supreme Court due to Fraud with ****. We saw that paperwork. **** stated it was a client that was in love with him and that he went to court and won. I did ask for the refund policy as I was feeling uneasy but he stated that I could think about it and he would give a refund at ant time. Just return the items. The following day in ****************** I visited Blue Diamond who tested the jewelry and we were told it was fake. What prompted this was my ears and my daughters were on fire. We both had knots and have never had issues with any jewelry. She is 10. We then visited Effy (***** on the Crown Princess) who also stated the items were most likely glass not mined or were not lab created diamonds and on a cheap brass. I then went to **** in ******* and spoke to ***. Also **** at Diamonds International who also tested the "Diamonds" and they stated we have been scammed. I reached out to **** on 8/25 when we got off the ship, as he was supposed to mail an Ammolite ******** to my son and send tracking to my email, but he had not plus we had discovered the items we bought were fake. He has not returned my calls. I have contacted the ******* Attorney General, Our credit Card, The ship, and BBB. This business and owner have a long list of complaints and scams for this exact thing. I want a full refund.

      On June 21, 2023, I tried to call Diamonds R Forever to speak to them about a diamond pendant I had purchased while on a cruise May 29-June 8. I paid them $1,000 with a balance due of $1,625. No answer on any phone number I called. I emailed them requesting that they call me. *************************, caller id on phone, called and I explained due to an injury I couldn't pay the balance. I wanted to return the pendant to them. He stated in lieu of the payment I had made, they would sent me a different pendant for that price. I ask for a small blue sapphire. I sent them a photo of what I was asking for. ******************** returned a picture of something similar and I agreed. Diamonds R Forever received the returned pendant from me on Wednesday July 5, 2023. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times about the pendant they have promised to send to me in lieu of the $1,000 payment I made. Many promises but nothing as of August 14, 2023. At this point since they offered the replacement pendant and did not follow through, I would like for my money to be returned.

      7/01/2022 We bought a **** carat diamond center stone with an accent diamonds ring from Diamonds R Forever while on a cruise to ****** ******. We bought the Diamond on the promise that it was a natural stone, and not a lab diamond with an *** *********** for $13,000 including a .73 carat diamond trade-in. We were assured that the *** *********** would arrive to our home address in about 4 days. After several weeks of no *** ********* of authenticity arrived, I tried several times over the next couple of months to contact Diamonds R Forever, to no avail. I recently brought the diamond ring set to a certified Gemologists to verify if indeed it was a natural stone. The test revealed that the diamond was indeed a lab created stone, and not a natural diamond. The value of the lab stone was estimated at about $1800.I am requesting Diamonds R Forever to contact myself to remedy the problem and the possible selling of the diamond as less than honest transaction.

      We sent the same pendant to customer what we sent her on text message to confirm and she did confirm with us and agreed to purchase the same. Pendant retailed for $2200 and we sold her $625 with adjustable chain, shipping and sales tax included in price. It was liver tanzanite with white topaz and its the same pendant what we sent her on picture we mailed her the same pendant. We also asked the customer if she is not wanting this pendant she can simple return and take her full refund but agreed to keep.       Our Cruise Ship made Port in ****** ** where I bought my Wife Alexandrite Ring and Earrings ($4,200) and Tanzanite Earrings ($8,000) for our Anniversary on July 11, 2022 from Diamonds R Forever, ***********************************************************. We insisted that a Certificate of Authenticity showing all stones were Natural Stones, not synthetic, be given to **. **** (******) Kanjani, the owner, promise that all stones were natural stones and Certificates with pictures would be sent to us from ************ Office. He also said he would email ** a Copy of the Certificates showing authentic natural stones before we returned from **********. We have NOT RECEIVED any Certificates showing these stones are natural stones. We have now paid a GIA Gemologist to appraise the Alexandrite stones and he reports the stones are synthetic Laboratory created. I want a full return of our payment.

      On July 11, 2022 ************************ and her husband ************************* visited our store and purchased a Tanzanite diamond earrings ($7,000) also Alexandrite diamond ring and earrings ($4,200). Ring was $1,700 and earrings were $2,500. They were also given hand written appraiser at the time of purchase which normally is given to all the customers. Miss **** was very happy with her purchase. We customize Alexandrite diamond ring for her with her own design. We agreed on best possible price after a long negotiation. Miss **** requested for certified appraisal from ******** office and they were told to do such appraisal will cost amount of $120 and approximately 4 to 6 weeks of time period. Miss **** called us after few days about certified appraisal and she was informed that appraisal place need those pieces in person in order to have a close look and all the certification, but she didn't agreed to send those pieces for appraisal. I requested her to send us pictures of the pieces of jewelry that was purchased but she sent me pictures after 45 days. Same day those pictures were forwarded to the certified appraisal office. On September 13th, 2022 a pdf appraisal report was sent to the customer. We haven't heard back from the customer afterward.
      After 3 months, ****************** is claiming Alexandrite were not real instead synthetic stones which is told by an appraiser. To authenticate, their is no proper documents or paper work is provided by an appraiser or ******************. When they purchased jewelry from our store, it was real Alexandrite and Tanzanite with diamonds. As per their request, pdf appraisal with pictures was sent by text message on miss **** cell phone. They never contacted us afterward. We are more than happy to solve this matter directly with customer and do our best to resolve the issue. Diamonds R Forever doesn't have refund policy. Only store credit or exchange on approval. Kindly see attached sales receipts, hand written appraiser at the time of purchase and appraisal with pictures sent on September 13th, 2022.

      I am rejecting this response because: The TEXTED not email copies of appraisals were unsigned by Gemologist and did not identify type of stone. Mr. ******* promised to mail a Certified proof of quality of stones and proof they were natural stones. He failed to do this as was promised. I have a GIA ********** certified Gemologist report saying the Alexandrite stones are synthetic. Not real or natural stones. He has defrauded me and must return our payments. I am sending this proof to you at BBB. I paid an additional $

      In response to Mr. ********* complaint we never received any phone call, email or any message from him and his wife. They never responded back to my text message( Miss **** never replied about the certificates). Also customer itself sells jewelry in trade shows, I received a call from ************** about 6 weeks ago and he asked if im coming to jewelery show to ***********. He spoke with me very nicely and happily, nothing was mentioned about certificates or stones being synthetic. We stand behind our products and deal with very reputable manufacturers. We have sold over 200 pieces of alexandrite and this is the first unique case. Customer choose different way to ask refund they never communicated with us never gave us a chance to look in to the stones, rather then communicating with diamonds r forever they choose to contact BBB to resolve this matter or accused our products, when the pieces left out store they were alexandrite and diamonds, they also purchased genuine tanzanite and diamond earrings, we customized alexandrite for his wife with their choice they didnt pay any sales tax. Once they generic jewelry pieces leaves our store we have no control what happens and it took customer 4 months to have it appraised customers are often given 3 weeks time of purchase to have it appraised. 

      As customer requested that why wanted certificates with pictures and their name on it, which they were told the name will not be on certificate. Regarding appraisals were not signed so im attaching a text message picture to Mr. **** wife to verify everything and but never received any response from her after September 11th 2022. We have been in business from a very long time. We also affiliated with JBT. If customers have problem they could have contacted us to address to issue and resolve it. customer wanted to exchange the ring and we told them we will happily change it for you and if their is any additional cost you have to pay for it, so Mr. **** wife wasnt agreeing on it. We still want customer to contact us directly as we have to examine the pieces as we mentioned once the jewelery leaves our store we do not have any control what happens after.       I am rejecting this response because: Simple Fact is this merchant is simply twisting his own version of events. He admits phone calls and emails and then says we didn't communicate with him. He sends a picture of an appraisal by TEXT MESSAGE and claims this is a Jewelry Certificate. The texted copy has no signature of a Gemologist and does not authenticate the stones as natural. Our GIA Gemologist signed the Appraisal Certificate identifying the Stones as SYNTHETIC LABORATORY created, as you can see on the copy that was already given to you. We were promised a printed jewelry certificate from a laboratory showing authentic natural stones. We have been lied too. If ******************* really wants to resolve this complaint then he can reverse the credit card charges and I will send his jewelry back by Federal Express.

      ****************** states in his response to **** Services dated August 1, 2022 that he was promised Natural Stones. This was not discussed since the tag on each item clearly stated the type of stone, and the weight. We have never sold lab created stones as he alleges, and there may be some confusion with regard to the terminology. Most stones are heated to enhance color, but are still a Tanzanite, Alexandrite, etc.. However, there are Natural Stones that are unheated, considerably more expensive, rare, and accompanied by a GIA ************ The GIA *********** is usually reserved for loose stones, and provides much greater detail including whether it is lab created. The *** *********** I provided describes the type of stone, color, grade, weight, and the type of setting, and is usually done with the jewelry on site. This was explained, and the option to send the items was offered. Whether a stone is heated or unheated, it is still a Natural Stone. Lab created stones are not Natural Stones. ****************** provided no certificates for the Tanzanite and Diamond Earrings, and the Alexandrite ring.
      ****************** provided an appraisal certificate from ************************* Fine Jewelry with a stated value of $3455.00. The appraisal lists the total estimated weight of the Alexandrite at **** ct. , and the total weight of the diamonds at .11 ct.. This is incorrect since the tags show a total carat weight of **** ct. for the Alexandrite, and **** ct. for the diamonds. This suggests the possibility of stone substitution, alteration, etc.. Once jewelry leaves the store we can only consider an exchange when we have the original stones available for examination. For this reason our receipt clearly states No Refunds , All Sales Final, Only Store Credit and Exchanges On Approval. I offered to exchange the ring with higher grade diamonds that sold
      for a higher price, and he refused with no further discussion about the exchange by phone, or email.
      In summary, there were episodic discussions regarding the certificates which ultimately stated what type of stone was used. There was a delay in receiving pictures of the items bought resulting in a longer delay for the certificates to be completed. I offered to exchange the ring for the amount paid with a higher quality one at extra cost, but the option was refused since they didnt want to pay anything extra. There was no attempt made to resolve the issues after September 11, 2022. My next contact was from the BBB in November 2022, despite my efforts to have them contact me directly in order to discuss any issues. Finally, Mr. ******** appraisal certificate from *************************** Fine Jewelry dated August 25, 2022, not only has the incorrect weights of the stones, but appraised within $50 of my appraisal dated 9-13-2022, and would be inconsistent with the much lower value of a lab created stone. He provided no other certificates for the other jewelry that was purchased. Should ****************** return the original earrings that he appraised to my store for inspection, and there is no evidence of any alteration, then I would offer him store credit equal to the purchase price of $2500.00.sincerely ********************/ DBA Diamonds R Forever.

      I was told I was purchasing pariba tourmaline, .30 ct diamonds and 14k gold pendant and a ring.. ring was returned but zero refund issued. Pendant which failed paraba tourmaline test is synthetic and diamonds are .15 ct bail of gold is stamped 10k. I was never told not returnable receipt is not signed and its clearly not what I was told I was buying. Ripped off for $7500

      CUSTOMER PICKED THE ***** IN STORE IN PERSON, WITH HER DAUGHTER, WE WEIGHED THE ***** IN FRONT OF HER, WE MADE THE PENDANT FOR HER AFTER 1 WEEK SHE PICKED UP THE PENDANT, AND EXAMINED EVERY THING WHICH WAS STATED ON RECEIPT, SHE ALSO BOUGHT THE RING, WE MADE THE RING TO HER SATISFACTION, SHE EVEN CHECKED GOLD AND STAMP ON THE RING WHICH WAS 14KT WITH 65X MICROSCOPE. AFTER 5 DAYS SHE BROUGHT THE RING BACK AND CLAIMING THAT THE RING WAS NOT 14KT GOLD OR STAMPPED. WE TOLD HER THAT WE WILL TAKE THIS RING TO JEWELER AND HE CAN TEST THE GOLD IN FRONT OF YOU, AND SHE IGNORED AND REFUSED COMPLETLY WHICH WE SPEND ALMOST $600 TO MAKE THE RING FOR HER. 

       

      REGARDING ON PENDANT WHEN SHE RETURNED THE RING SHE SHAKED HANDS AND SAID SHE IS HAPPY WITH THE PENDANT AND WE TOLD HER YOU CAN COME AND COLLECT YOUR SALES RECIEPT AND REMAINING REFUND, AFTER THAT SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR STORE. SHE ALSO WORKS FOR ANOTHER JEWELER HIS NAME IS (******** JEWELERS) SHE IS ALWAYS ADVERTISING ABOUT THAT STORE, AFTER WEARING PENDANT FOR 3 MONTHS SHE IS CLAIMING EVERYTHING IS NOT THE SAME, ******** BEING OUR BIGGEST COMPETITOR WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAS HAPPNENED TO THAT PENDANT AFTER IT LEFT OUR STORE AND ALMOST 3 MONTHS AFTER A CUSTOMER COMES AND CLAIMS THAT EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT, SHE NEVER COMMUNICATED AWITH US, NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR STORE TO SHOW US THE PENDANT, WE GAVE HER EVERYTHING GENIUNE AND SHE HAS EXAMINED THE PENDANT SEVERAL TIMES, AND AFTER WHAT SHE HAS DONE WITH OTHER JEWELER. WE HAVE NOTHING OUR HAND THAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. CUSTOMERS HAVE OFTEN CHANGED THE *****S AND GOLD WHICH IS VERY STANDERD AS THEIR IS NO HALLMARK TO CATCH THE ***** IF SOMETHING WAS ALTERED, SO THEREFOR THERE IS NO REFUND OR RETURN COMES IN THIS CASE, SHE HAS THE PENDANT SHE NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH US. SHE DID CHECKED THE PENDANT FULLY BEFORE SHE PICKED UP FROM OUR STORE. ******** BEING OUR BIGGEST COMPETITOR AND BEING GOLDSMIHT ANYTHING COULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE TO GET REFUND OUT OF US. PLEASE PROTECT MERCHANTS FROM THESE FRAUDLENT CLAIMS.

      I am rejecting this response because:it is lies. The pendant was not altered everyone that saw it said it wasnt what it was advertised as. I will be mailing in proofs. The pendant was sent as a whole to a lab. ******* has given me receipts and valid signed appraisals for everything ever purchased there. No one has ever questioned his stone. He is an honest business man. While diamonds are forever is selling synthetic as real.   My facts line up each and every time. I have been completely and intentionally ripped off by this store owner. Please protect the consumers from false accusations, lies, and theft! Worst store On The street!  I can not recommend this business. He does admit in writing he owes me money for the ring and failed to send with the letter but he sold a worthless pendant and he knows it. I am a 70% disabled veteran with a top secret security clearance. I am known for my honesty and integrity. This company is so used to getting away with fraud and lies.  As God is my witness it is the same as sold and it is fake! Documents are being mailed to follow. This store is ripping off innocent consumers.

      August 8th he sent me a pendant that was text to me that was a replacement for one that was stolen, I have the text and it was for $2300.00 which I stated I loved well they sent me one that they charged me $625.00 which was to be the one above. This one is smaller and topaz instead of diamonds. I felt they were a good company and now I realize that they are dishonest. Why show me one that they said they were sending and then send this tiny piece. I wish I could send you the text that I have with them. Maybe because I am 81 years old they think they can do what they want

      I am writing you to explain my problem further.  I purchased a a beautiful pendant from Diamonds R Forever which matched the ring that my late husband purchased for me just before he died.  After working to get the price down that I could afford $550.00 I purchased it.  On my ****** trip someone stole it.  I contacted the store and they sent me a picture of the pendant that I purchased which he pointed out cost $2300.00 with diamonds not topaz.  I told him ok  attached is the picture he sent me.  What I got is one for ****** and it is very very small and with topaz instead of diamonds. the one on left is what I said I would take for $****** the one on the  right pend.jpg is what I received.  I called and the owner said send it back and then they will refund my money.  I am not sending it back without my refund in my hand if they lied to me once they will do it again and then I have nothing.  I will be 81 years old in October and the pendent matched so perfect to my ring.  It is not fair to cheat people because they are old

      Hi Good Morning,

      ********* came to our Store on 27th July She made a purchase of Tanzanite and white ***** pendent in sterling silver. She paid for the pendent $525 and the Retail for this was $1200.

      After few days she called in the store and told us that She lost the pendent and if we have other pendent similar to it. We had the same style but bigger pendent and She agreed to purchase this new Tanzanite pendent for $625 which had a retail of $2200. We gave her good discount because she lost her first pendent. We had sent the pictures of the pendent before shipping to her. She was aware of everything and she approved the piece over the text message.

      Please find attached :

      1. Sales Receipt of July 27th and also the Credit Card receipt.

      2. Picture of the Pendent which she lost.

      3. Sales Receipt of New pendent dated 18th August 2022 and the CC receipt.

      4. Picture of the Second Pendent.

      5. Appraisal.

       

      We can only send 4 attcahment at this time

      We have attached all the paper work to prove that we send her the Tanzanite and white topaz pendent, as well as we have explained her on the phone.

      We have also a text message that if she is not satisfied with pendent she can return, she replied that she wants to keep the pendent.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I am rejecting the response.  I sent you two pictures one for $2200.00 and another on which is what he sent me.  He admitted that the one I had stolen was bigger the one he sent you can see how small it is.  After receiving the small pendent which was topaz I call and he said did you really think I would send you a $2200.00 for $625.00  He lied and I had him on voice mail and thank God I did because he lies.  Look at the pictures and tell me you do not see the difference

      On May 25th of 2022 I purchased an upgrade to my engagement ring. I paid Diamonds R Forever $8900 for this upgrade. I kept bugging Diamonds R Forever to send the appraisal for insurance purposes. They sent a crappy piece of paper with no detail, so I sent the ring to our local gemologist for a true insurance value appraisal, and the total ring appraised for $4600. My prior ring before upgrade was valued at $4300 three years ago, therefore this ring is worth less than my original setting. I have contacted Diamonds R Forever with little success. Diamonds r Forever says the diamonds they sold me are near colorless, not true, gemologist say color grade is J with so many inclusions that they are c***

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The ring has been sent insured, registered mail to Diamonds R Forever, ****** ******.

      once the ring has been corrected and returned to me I will have the ring reappraised for verification of correction and for insurance purposes.

      I feel this complaint should remain open until this final process has been verified by a third party GIA ********* gemologist.
