The two girls working tonight wouldn't listen to my wife when she asked for a specific item, stating it was on the shelf (it wasn't because a RPh must get it from the back). By the time she got it and said to try **** ***** my wife was frustrated so we left. It was 7PM and we couldn't find a ride (we were on a cruise). My wife decided to get the shelf Advil cold and sinus and we went back in....only to here these girls mocking my wife and talking very disrespectful of her. Other customers came left the store commenting about them as well. How disappointing. So many complain about this store online, we should have listened.Business response

On behalf of Juneau Drug, I sincerely apologize for the treatment your wife received while visiting our store in Juneau. It is completely unacceptable. I am the owner and take pride in doing my best to hire friendly and courteous front end help. I am very sorry that was not the case upon your visit.
I can assure you it will be dealt with immediately and we will undergo a thorough training review of our customer service policies with our entire staff.
I want to thank you for reaching out and letting me know what occurred as we truly strive to be a good company and in no way shape or form do the actions of the girls referenced reflect the values of our company.
Please express my apology to your wife and hope the rest of your ****** trip goes well.
