I made a reservation on my end to both ****** and Sitka around 11-17-2021 why did it not go threw That was when the price was **** dollars for Juenaua and **** for sitka In the administrator buiding of ********** **************** why do y'all allow y'all employees to give out personal information and as will not answer the front desk or phone especially when there are aware I am coming in or another ***** aka black persons. The same with the atm that allow purchase of travel tickets ? I know yall being racist and doing it to purposely s**** me since every time for the last thee years as soon as i leave people back out which drop the price down, or its fixed and people in the office a week after.Business response

****************** does not have a reservation booked for any ferry on Alaska Marine Highway. It seems he may have been inquiring about fares. Our fares are not guaranteed until purchased, so he was looking at quotes if a purchase did not take place. As the ferry sells out, fares will increase. You are encouraged to book early for the best fare. Generally our terminals are open when there is a vessel in port. You are encouraged to either book on line or contact our reservations call center, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Alaska Standard time at ************.
