On 10/6/2022 my husband and I purchased a custom table and bar stools from this company. We were told that they would deliver it for free but we would have to wait 1 year for delivery. In mid to late September 2023 Soaring Eagle Native Arts delivered the table with no bar stools. They told my husband that they were delivering all over the country with 5 trucks and would let us know when they found the bar stools. We have multiple texts and conversations with ***. Initially he was very upset at the price his employee sold us the set for. He said we would come and get the table or credit us $1500.00 for the stools. Over several months we had weekly contact and he said they were still looking. At one point he said he found 2 of the stools. The last text we had from him was November 10, 2023. He has not responded since. I did contact my credit card company the they have credited me $1500 pending an investigation. My most recent text was Jan 2, ****. He has not responded. We spent $3500.00 on a custom table and bar stool set and with no stools, the set is not only incomplete, but finding stools to match has proven to be a challenge. I will have to find someone that can custom make the stools to match. People need to be aware that they may not receive what was ordered. This is not a reputable business. In June of 2022, my family and I cruised to ******. In the port of *********, we walked and shopped the downtown area. We stopped into Soaring Eagle Native Arts at ****************** June 18, 2022 I purchased a wooden piece of artwork for a total of $1011.75. I was assured that it would be delivered after their tourist season in early October. Well, October came and went with no delivery. I started calling and texting one of the shop owners and he kept assuring me that the piece was coming any day now. On Saturday, November 26, he finally texted me back saying the piece had been damaged and he would like to offer me a refund. The last text I received from him was on Monday, December 19. He assured me I would receive a refund to my credit card before Christmas. This never happened and he refuses to answer my calls and texts. I feel totally scammed and taken advantage of. My husband and I purchased two pieces of artwork on August 9, 2022 while on a cruise. The two pieces totaled $1,165 (no itemized prices provided). The items were to be shipped to our home in IL. We received one of the pieces in late August and reached out to *** regarding when the other piece was to be shipped. My husband's text chain with *** indicated we would receive the 2nd piece in the mail in **** days. This was in Sept. We have since reached out multiple times to their numerous email addresses listed, ******** messenger, texts and calling the store. I was finally able to reach someone on November 14th at the store who indicated the piece was damaged and they were waiting on the artist to replace it but we would have it in **** days. I requested a return call with the tracking information when it was shipped, but haven't received that either. We continue to reach out regularly with no return calls.
