The worst nightmare I never slept thru. After applying for an emergency loan I was assured that loan is pre approved and just needed to verify my income by connecting an email link to Minto. Never happened as I was unable to connect due to sketchy wifi. So the agent tried a 3way call and I was told to try again after lunch. I gave my personal info to at least 20, yes 20 different agents over the course of 5 no 6 days. All the while being told my loan was preapproved and just needed to verify my income. Friday, I personally tried to contact my bank without a hiccup. My agent couldn't see any reason they weren't getting thru. We even tried to do a 3waycall from my end, but that wasn't allowed. I waited the weekend to call back as my bank isn't open on weekends, and after an hour and a half on the phone I was denied a loan. Now my personal info is in the hands of no less than 20 people and I was told I couldn't speak with a supervisor. Don't tell me they are busy with other customers because I'm waiting to speak to boss in charge. After another 45 minutes on hold they told me same thing, I was denied...So I spent countless hours trying to connect, trying to speak with an agent, trying to 3 way call my bank to be denied. That's not including how many credit checks they ran up on my credit report. This is one shady excuse for a lending group and I will be posting this review on every social media site I can post to. I do have an emergency and wasted way too many hours trying to connect and verify. HOW IS IT THAT PREAPPROVED MEANS DENY yet the agents called, texted and emailed me to let me know I was pre approved and my money was waiting. And to think I passed on several other options that *** not be available to me now. Don't waste your time and personal info on this group because they will only let you down with pre approved denials because they only have 10 minutes to snag your info and who knows where all my info will end up i.e. the dark web or worse
