On January 31, 2024, I purchased 8 pounds of Giant ************************ Pieces. The order was delivered on time. The quality was seriously lacking. The crab was ****** salty, seemed quite old and past peak, and wasn't what I anticipated based on the solely 5 star reviews on their website. I believe the reviews are curated to only present 5 star reviews and not all reviews and are provided as a trick to induce customers to purchase a clearly inferior product. I reached out to the company to try and discuss and they have not responded. As I did a little more research, I learned that commonly their customer service department does not respond. I get it - caveat emptor - buyer beware. But trumpeting solely five star reviews is consumer fraud. You shouldn't be able to pick and choose your reviews.Initial Complaint

Two packages of perishable fish originated from Tanners on 5/17/2021 to be delivered to our home in ************, ******** on 5/18/2021. One package arrived on 5/18/2021, while the other package ****** tracking ************) arrived 23 hours after the promised delivery time on 5/19/2021. ******************* at Tanner's was to file a refund request under the ***** Money Back Guarantee https://www.fedex.com/en-us/service-guide/money-back-guarantee.html. Tanners is now unresponsive regarding this matter.Desired resolution:If the claim was filed with ***** and an account credit received, Tanners to remit the full amount by check or credit card refund.If the claim was was denied by *****, written documentation from ***** detailing the reason for denial.If Tanner's neglected to file the claim, filed the claim incorrectly or the claim was denied because Tanner's account was in bad standing, a refund from Tanner's by check or credit card refund for $430 (delivery charge for package ************)
