******************************************* *************************************************** ******************* ************************* Tuesday, January 10, 2023 Re: Driving privileges for ******************************** whom it may concern:I truly and honestly dont know where to start. So let me begin by just expressing how much turmoil and depression I am going through right now because I am not able to drive my car and I have had tremendous difficulty and failure with getting my drivers license reinstated for several reasons. I am on the verge of giving up and will soon start driving my car. I have had to drive my car on occasion because I have no one else to drive for me. I am a single mother and am currently unemployed and trying my best to maintain pure sanity. The steps I have taken in order to take complete control of my life again seem to go unnoticed and no one seems to care. The number of corporations, entities, attorneys and businesses and people in general I have contacted is indescribable but not unmatched with the amount of denial letters and emails I have received. In addition to being denied help from all of you, I have also been denied a job with several companies in ****. My main goal with this letter is to allow all of you to truly understand how much failure this is causing me. I am at risk of losing everything I have. I have spent hours, days, weeks, and months inside my house and in my room without talking to anyone and lying in bed for **** hours a day. The ********** I shed, the many mixed emotions and terrible thoughts I have had with giving up. I have never questioned existence before but am close to that very point of saying f*** it. With the amount of chaos, struggles, and turmoil this world is experiencing, I never wouldve thought this town could turn someone down and cause so much failure in someones life. I was born and raised here in **** and am 100% Inupiaq ******* native. I am a lifelong **** resident. As a result of failing to get my drivers license reinstated, I have not been able to find a decent job, I have been denied several jobs, and I cannot drive my son to and from school. It has been a tremendously difficult time volunteering for the community, I am at risk of becoming in debt financially. This is causing physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion for me. I stopped going to the rec center and being physically active, I stopped everything. I stopped having faith and hope I can get this resolved. I feel a tremendous lack of support, compassion and understanding from the entire community of ****. The incident that occurred at the ******** office in January of 2022 and the altercation between staff member ***********************, *********************************** and I was so hostile and toxic it led to not being able to return to the building ever again. *********************************** threatened to call the cops on me, he threatened his lawyer against me, he threatened to file a restraining order on me, he refuses to do any services for me, and he also accused me of harassing and abusing his staff members and his business. I felt that the incident was handled poorly by business owner *********************************** and my needs were not met, and still not met to this very day. I would like to file a formal complaint, I would like to get this issue resolved, I would like to file a claim against TSR and the **** I also would like to request the ******** office be its own business again. The ultimate and main goal here is to file lawsuit for the amount of tremendous failure and delay in getting my drivers license reinstated. *******************************************

******** is able to get DMV services in **** by calling the main DMV office in ********* and scheduling a virtual meeting with them in our DMV office. She has otherwise been banned from the building for using language and attitude toward our staff exemplified in her complaint letter to the BBB.
