We had a back yard. HAD!! They turned part of our yard into a graveled driveway hit one of our trees(no idea how) Also raked up extra gravel and just piled it up around a tree!!! Had *** come out cause we called and complained. *** said we dont do landscaping. We understand that. But what about all the gravel and pit run you left. *** asks didnt you read the contract ? (I didnt sign a contract. I agreeded to an estimate ) *** then asks well can you flush? My husband lost it and told him to get the * off our property! They even buried the old tank IN THE YARD!!!!!! ?? If your reading this and considering using them I wouldnt. Unless you dont care you have a gravel pit in your yard!!!

First of all, we want to thank you, *****, for complimenting our crew for a job well done and giving them a jar of your homemade jelly when they completed your work. To answer your concerns, our emailed quote said, Upon acceptance of bid, please call us for scheduling. So you are correctyou did not sign a contract, but accepted the bid with a detailed description of what the job entailed. That description included the statement that all work is done in compliance with state guidelinesand the standard procedure is to crush the old tank and bury it, which is what we did. Our description also stated that we will do final grading but no landscaping. Our crews do quality work in all aspects of their jobs, including the grading. Unfortunately we were not able to remove all of the gravel from the area where the 80 yards of pit run and 20 yards of leech rock were unloaded. Most of our customers understand that this is what we mean when we say we cannot landscape. We complete over ****************************************************************** work well done. I am very sorry that your husbands profanity and ordering me off your property stopped our discussion, and I was not able to explain the above information to him. ***
