Unlimited wash plan, that is charged monthly, is limited to one car wash per day.Business response

It is not limited to once per day. The second or third or fourth, etc. car wash in a single day requires an interaction with the employee at the kiosk so they can put that member in the queue for a rewash AND the team will know what they missed on the first wash. We assume the need for more than one car wash in a day is because we missed a spot and we want to make sure we meet the customer expectations. Additionally, there is such thing as washing your car too much and daily is a lot. Twice a day is definitely too much. We would like to be able to help our customers have the best possible long term experience and having a conversation with the few that think they want to wash 2+ times a day is an important touch point for us. Most members wash their vehicles 3-5 times a month. From the customers perspective, our lines can be very long and we are an equal opportunity company. On days when we are busy, customers who wait in line for 2+ washes a day are limiting the opportunity of customer who only have time to go once. Finally, I assume this complaint is from marketing and contract related "*****" with a lot of time on their hands. At sign up we disclose to new members that the gate will only open one time per day.Customer response

Calling the plan unlimited is misleading if the customer is limited to one wash per day (excluding immediate rewashes). Changing the name of the plan to something like Daily Wash Plan or Not Unlimited Wash Plan would be acceptable. Also, whomever responded to the original complaint resorted to insulting the customer, which doesnt speak well for management at this establishment.
