The business owner is a scammer so beware! I was required to pay $150 for materials before he could start on an electrical wiring project at my house which he said should only take a day. We tried to work out a schedule for him to start preferably on weekends where i wanted to be home. Unfortunately, the first two saturdays did not work with his schedule. Finally, the Saturday he agreed to start on the project which texted me early in the morning that he will soon start heading my way. After waiting for hours he texted saying his car had just encountered some problems on the highway but he should get it fixed soon. After waiting until around 1pm i had a bad feeling about the guy as everything seemed shady. He never even tried to call to explain but kept texting. I immediately texted him back to forget about the project and we should just terminate the project altogether. He responded with some sort of disappointment and agreed to refund me. I tried to be reasonable and asked to be refunded only $100 but he never responded after that. On Tuesday after that Saturday I never got any refund. I texted him to ask when will I get the refund. He then said he forgot how it's done from his phone it's been a while so he'll have to ask his accountant. Couple of days later still nothing! I texted him demanding for full refund then he told me that I'll be lucky if I get even $50 back as the money was actually meant for this sort of situation in case a project got canceled. I'm kind of glad the amount wasn't that big and he did not tear up my house and disappeared. I believe in karma ! I'm not sure how I got his contact but I'm thinking ***********

I have no excuse for the poor communication. But I did refund this man half his money. The time it took to walk down the project and purchase the material for the project and then return it and set up a sub-contractor to fix the Sheetrock once I was done, was substantial. This is the whole point of a deposit. It is to cover any lost time and wages if a client gets cold feet for any given reason and other reasons that dont pertain to this incident. I hope the best for *** and apologize we didnt work better together but only having a 2 hr window for walk downs and only having weekend availability is a difficult schedule to try and keep I should have turned down this project and save us both the headache.
