  ***** I was a patient of Lake Lucille Urgent Care, ****************. I got a MRI done and had him check it out and help me with my migraines. He said there was something wrong with my brain. Couple things couldnt understand it exactly but it looked like something that happens with people with migraines, so he prescribed drugs, I am certainly not satisfied with that and he made it clear that it was above his knowledge so later on, I requested them to send me to a specialist. At that point they asked me to come in for another check up so that I could be charged for another visit and then they would give me a specialist I told him that I didnt agree to that. They just need to recommend me to a specialist and they said no you have to come in and we can charge you for another visit I said that is an absolute BS thats wrong I said if you want to be honest and just tell me youll charge me for their name will do that, long story short I said the word s*** and they got all mad at me and turns out they owe me money. They asked me to leave so I told him to pay me first and they refused to pay me so I demanded payment and they told me they were calling the cops, so I left and talk to the police officer and everythings fine. I got no problem with what I did, but the bottom line is my chiropractor my new doctor and every medical professional I know says they would clearly no problem. Write me a referral for a specialist for free and Lake Lucille medical center said they would lose their license if they didnt charge me for an appointment and thats a bold face lie and its theft.

  Moreover, the line in your file "HIPAA release was offered and accepted on 10/20/2023" is insufficient for our compliance with HIPAA regulations.  I have attached OUR Release of Information which must be completed with each box checked. This is for ****************** protection as it involved highly sensitive and detailed information.  Thusly, I would encourage you to fully explain that all medical information. involving his care and comments, for the boxes checked will be discussed pending our receipt of the signed ROI.  We will need our copy signed and fully completed and submitted to us before we can proceed.

  Unfortunately,this happens frequently on Yelp and other rating vehicles, as our hands are tied when we cannot respond as it lacks the legal mechanism to do so.
