  Around August 12th, 2022, the services of ************************** of Construction and Remodeling Solutions, **** were obtained to do remodeling work on my house. In reference to the siding work on my house, ****************** was paid (approximately $20,600.00 for a total contract cost quoted at $14,150.00) for work which he did not complete. ****************** has left subsiding exposed to the elements for approximately the last 3 months. He also did not seal siding that he had actually placed on my house. ****************** lied about having a city license, and about pulling a permit for the siding. He had already begun work on my house without these things, and after I addressed these things, ****************** told me not to tell the city. Due to ***************************** negligence, I had to file for the siding permit myself, and become the general contractor. ****************** said he would handle an add-on electrical permit, but after approximately 2 months I had to schedule the inspection for said permit myself. Before I took over duties as general contractor, ****************** cost me multiple hours of work time, and lost wages from a job I had to turn down (due to having to perform some of ***************************** job duties. The amount owed is a minimum of $423.92 for hours and mileage + $174.37 for the cost of the siding permit. Another $70.00 for lost work is owed if the lost work is taken into account. ****************** and his crew also did not clean up properly after doing work, and as a result, one of my young children stepped on a nail that went through his shoe from top to bottom. 150 or more nails were cleaned up for him.****************** did not show up for work and did not provide notice of this for several stretches of time, one being greater than 3 weeks. ****************** would often not respond to me unless pressured, and then did not follow through with other promised start dates. He effectively abandoned the project, leaving my house in disrepair and necessitating his firing on November 30, 2022.

  *************** hired *************** directly and obtained services from his company. ***************** was previously a PM with Construction and Remodeling Solutions, *** but has not managed any Jobs for ** since late 2021. No contract was written for, provided to or agreed upon between **************** and Construction and Remodeling Solutions, *** nor were any payments made to Construction and Remodeling Solutions, *** for any management, labor or materials on his project. I have never corresponded with, spoken with nor met ***************. The 1st time I had heard of *************** or his project was when he filed this complaint. Therefore I cannot agree to a refund of any amount to this customer.

  If the business was not conducted through CRS, then I do not expect anything from ***********************
