If you are going for anything other than a simple oil change - STEER CLEAR!!!! Today is day 13 with NOT even a diagnosis yet - just wellllll there are other cars ahead, they can't seem to give me even a time frame. Will i have the diagnosis in a day, 2 days, 18 days - cannot get an answer from them in the Service department. Go somewhere else!!

The customer was told upon dropping off the vehicle that we, as well as all other shops, are experiencing high shop volumes and it would be at least two weeks to get the vehicle looked out (other shops are telling customers September). She said that was fine as she had two vehicles. We dispatch work to the appropriate technician's specialty based upon the date the vehicle arrived. Her car is in line to be looked at but, with the nature of auto repairs, when it will be brought into the shop is TBD. It is unfortunate but we cannot control how much work is in our shop nor how long it may take to fix a vehicle due to unknown issues that may arise such as repair complications and parts delays.Review from John B

We are sorry about the convertible roof issue on the 2011 Volvo that you purchased in July. We inspect all used vehicles before making a decision to offer it for sale on a retail basis or to wholesale it. The roof was working properly when you took delivery and drove the car back to Arkansas. Any vehicle that is 10-11 model years old is subject to issues and we cannot be held responsible for an indefinite term for those things.Long-Lewis Ford Response
