      I called roto rooter and they sent out ********************* because I had a leak. After he came and went under my house i had to call the water company to cut my water off because my crawl space was flooding.He left me with no water. And told me I had to use him to fix it.I have leukemia and just had eye surgery this week and now I have no water to keep my body clean.He not only left me with no water but he has put my health at risk because of the eye surgery and I cant drive anywhere to wash myself.I want my water fixed for free now please help me resolve this issue *************************** ************ Address is *************************************************************** This is the email from the owner ************************************************ forwarded your email to me as the owner of the franchise to respond.I have been intimately involved in your water issue. That said we are not responsible for the state of your plumbing unless you hire us to fix it. ***********, **** came and gave you a free estimate to replace your already leaking water line under your home. The line was leaking when we arrived and leaking when we left. Normally we would turn off your water supply but based on your language I advised him to leave. I had my field manager *****, contact you and review the problem but again you got mad, so the call was terminated.We have provided an estimate to replace your leaking plumbing, at this point I recommend you hire a different contractor as we don't agree on the quality of work you want.I had water before and now I dont and they need to fix what they broke . They left me with no water at all and I had to contact the water board of ******* to cut off my water and they wont help me with under ground pipes . I need my water on

      I have been intimately involved in your water issue.First, I am sorry for the problems you are experiencing with your water supply.That said we are not responsible for the state of your plumbing unless you hire us to fix it. ***********, **** came and gave you a free estimate to replace your already leaking water line under your home. The line was leaking when we arrived and leaking when we left. Normally we would turn off your water supply but based on your language I advised him to leave.
      I had my field manager *****, contact you and review the problem but again you got mad, so the call was terminated.
      We have provided an estimate to replace your leaking plumbing, at this point I recommend you hire a different contractor as we don't agree on the quality of work you want.

      Had work done on my bathroom shower back in *****. Was told my plumbing is old and it needs to be replaced. Went ahead and had the job done. Then this month of august the cold water fitting that was put in broke. Was told it would be the next day before they could fix it. I told them that was not acceptable and they got someone out to fix the issue. Two weeks later the hot pipe broke, was told it would be two days before it could be looked at. I said ok I can wait. Thursday comes I get the run around about what time the plumber was coming, got that issue fixed then told the work from ***** will not be covered because I have high water pressure in the house. So I am out ****** dollars for something that should be covered by their warranty.

      ************ and I have personally talked about this and I agree to fully refund the charges for August 25, 2022. I am sorry for the confusion about our service warranty.
