  My son turned 13 & all he wanted to do for his birthday was go to a trampoline park. I googled ****************************** Air came up & my son thought this was the one we had gone to years ago. So I get off work early & pick everyone up & drive 45 minutes there. I didnt recall the outside looking like this but it had been many ********** son again said hed been there. I go in & you cant see the park area from where you sign & pay.. After I paid for two 1 hour sessions, I walked up a set of stairs & immediately realized this isnt where Ive been before. I would have NEVER come back to this place. The place we had been has since changed names I came to find out. But this place was very small & there was little to do but the two main things my son likes to do when going to a trampoline park is *********************** Neither one we could play. The basketball area was chained off because the rim was hanging, the net was torn and there was a hole in the trampoline itself that someones leg could go through. Then there were zero ***** so the dodge ball area was pointless. Some trampolines had holes in them, some had no *************** the springs were worn out. The mats were worn where you could feel the metal underneath. Its like nothing had been properly maintained at all. I cant believe this place is still in business! I came downstairs & asked very nicely for a refund since things were unsafe, unplayable and/or cordoned off which wasnt advertised & I had only been there 15 minutes. The girl was rude & offered no help & would not provide a way for me to contact a manager. She FINALLY said she would have a manager call me about a refund so I left my name & number & was out of there after only having 15 minutes of playtime. I got in my car & drove 1.5 hours away to another trampoline park to salvage the day. No one has called me. I reached out the next day & was given no hope that a manager would ever call me. I want my money back for services I didnt use or receive!

  These are just a fraction of the negative complaints and reviews this company has. I can only add 5. They need to be reported for unsafe conditions for children to play in. I still have not been able to get ahold of any manager. Im starting to question if there even is one.
