      On my first visit. I brought my car in to get speakers replaced and a new key. They had to order my speakers and he said he had me a key for $300 cash because my warranty didnt cover my key. My warranty company told me my key was 100% coverd. When I told him my so call service advisor what my warranty company said, he said they wouldn't cover my key 100% so I had to pay $50. I didnt pay for key. On my second visit. This same so called service advisor had me waiting on my car about ************************************************************************************************** to pick up. I asked him was my car ready and he said he was doing paperwork. Finally after watching him walk to and fro like he was gathering my paperwork. He told me I had to pay taxes on my warranty which was $700+. I imediately called my warranty company and they confirmed my 100% free sevice and key.my warranty company told them they dont charge there customers taxes on there warranty. Only then did he admit my service was 100% free. He told me my driver side door switch was malfunctioning when it had **** working fine before I brought them my car. He said they orderd me a new one and they would repair it free.when I read my service receipt, it said they damged my door switch during speaker repair. When I got home and tried to open my door it would not open. He didnt tell me that they damged my door. How can you try to deceive your customers and then tell them there going to do some repair you didnt come there for free. Sunday was yesterday and God is the head of my life. Its just monday, first day back to work. God does not dwell in evil. I refused to act out of character for there intertainment. A service advisor that have lied to me on both of my visits and damaged my vehicle. With all of that said the deval have been exposed in ********,**. I still have my joy and I gladlly go in peace. Vengence is mine said the Lord. I will not let my heart be trouble because God HAS fix it!!

      Spent $**** on new motor,drive it bout 45 miles check engine light came on ! Had to carry it back for 3rd time changed part then 2 more codes popped up received no phone call bout problem! I ask for old parts but all I received was a pic of said parts. Been without car for 2 weeks now !

      Mr. B***** purchased a new engine for his vehicle on Repair Order #******* on 1/10/2021.The engine is assembled by the manufacture and sent to us. The engine was installed and noticed a check engine light that came on. Upon Diagnosis the new engine sent to us from General Motors was out of time. Repairs were performed on Jan 21, 2022 on Repair Order ******* under the new engines 3yr/100k mile warranty at no cost to Mr. Branch. Mr. Branch was contacted and responded to with each concern. Mr. Branch did request the old parts be returned to him, but Mr. Branch refused to pay the engine's core charge of $******* to General Motors. Mr. Branch picked up his car on Jan, 27 2022.

      Well first of all I was NEVER called not once after engine was ordered my wife or myself had to call them to find out anything! As far as check engine light goes they didn't find it I picked car up & was headed home after 64 miles & it came on so had to carry car back for another week & I was not once offered a loaner being I was an hour from dealership.As for the core I asked the price of it cause I asked 3 times to see parts but was not show other than a pic!wife came by dealership bout 1:30 last Friday & car was in lot I called bout 330 to find out what the deal was of course Gant did not answer so called service manager & he says Ol Iam just finishing up paper work.And now that I have car back there or scuff marks on my hood & valence & hood is out of alignment, sent pics to service manger Sat but yet to have gotten a response. I will NEVER step foot back at that dealership!!
