Went to my credit union for loan to purchase gladiator from dealership.Credit union states just sign few forms at dealership and thats it.Well salesman ***** takes my info and disappears for a lengthy time as Im sitting here at his desk I get a credit karma alert that someone is running my credit.I text ***** stating u better not be running my credit I didnt authorize it that has to be illegal.So he gets the dealership manager or come talk to me stating he would call credit bureaus and reverse inquires.He states he would be in touch with me next week.Of course nothing so I call him and he states I have to fill out something with bureaus so I do and send him email stating it was done.He failed to respond this was September 22 and now its May 23 and the hard inquires they ran are still on my credit .So I really wish BBB would look into this and do whatever it takes to stop crooked people from doing things like this now Im stuck with two extra hard inquires all from them doing illegal c*** so I would recommend no one use this dealership nor do any kind of business with salesman *****

This place is the worst, I should have listened when my son's dad said don't buy anything from them. At the beginning of Feb 22 I bought a truck from them. I paid for it out right with no payments or anything. Drove it to my dad's (was a gift for his b-day) everything was fine it drove great no problems at all. My dad then drove it maybe twice, then one day he went out to start it up and it wouldn't crank. I called my son's dad who is a certified diesel mechanic to come check it out. Testing the battery it was weak so we went and bought a new one. Truck still wouldn't start. We even replaced the starter and alternator thinking that was the problem. But the truck still would not start. Ended up having to get it towed back to the dealer to see if they can figure out the problem. I get a call from the shop manager saying that it was an electrical problem for sure but didn't know for sure the exact problem except for it being electrical. About a week goes by and he calls again. This time he says it's the starter which was brand new. We get that replaced again. Days later I get a call saying it was the starter after all that it was electrical, the same thing he said in the beginning. I've already spent **k buying the truck then almost $***** worth of parts into it trying to get it to run again. I told him I'm done with the truck. Already put too much into it and barely had it a week and drove it a total of 3 times. They won't let me trade it even though it's paid for. The dealer has had the truck for about 3 weeks now and they STILL don't know what the problem is. All they do is lie and give you the run around. The truck is basically sitting there racking up fees because I'm sure they're going to charge me so much for each day it's there. They don't care to help you. All they care about is selling you a car/truck whatever and making that commission.
