Stay Far Away. 1st red flag. I had this company come out to empty my septic tank and check my field lines only to have them tell me that I needed a new pump and incorrectly locate my field lines. At this point they had two representatives conflicting with one another. They installed a new pump and alarm float and sealed off the wiring according to the technician and invoice. By the way I paid for service that I did not need according to one of the techs. The tech did the electrical work which according to multiple techs that work for them, should have been completed by a licensed electrical contractor. Fast forward about 6 months later. I contact them because the septic alarm is sounding every other day. They send someone out about 2 weeks later only to find out ***** which is the tech that completed the work does not work for them anymore and according to them, wired the alarm incorrectly. This should have been done by a licensed electrician. They said that ***** married the owners daughter and had a disagreement with the owner which is none of my business I just want my septic tank repaired. They said that they fixed the issue only to find out they just disconnected the alarm so it does not sound anymore but the breaker keeps switching off. I contacted them several times only to be met with rude service from a tech that said he is too busy working on a big job. Now they scan their phone calls and won't pick up or return the call.Initial Complaint

Issue with returning overpayment due to bank error. Promised refund check over two weeks ago. As of today 2/1 have not received. Vendor says is been mailed thru Anniston Post Office.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/17) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ****** Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ******@wastewaterservicesllc.com It was a bank issue, we deposited the check for $3100 and the bank only deposited $31.00, the customer wrote another check for the balance and then the bank corrected the first deposit. The amount of the last check has been refunded back to the customer and issue has been resolved.
