    Where do I begin? I purchased an RV from the Anniston AL location to send to Hurricane Ida for my employees to use so they didn't have to sleep in their trucks or on the floor of a building without power. I told them I never owned an RV and I absolutely need to make double sure I had all the right pieces to hook up to a generator. They told me the generator I needed to purchase must have a 30-amp connection and it needed to be 4500 watts or larger. I purchased 2 brand new Honda Generators at just over 5 grand. One is a 5000-watt and the other a 6500-watt generator. When I picked up my trailer, I asked them 3 different times if I had the right connection to hook to my trailer. I explained I never owned a trailer before, and I needed to get it right the first time. They said yes and assured me I had everything I needed. I told them once I got into a disaster zone It's not like I can get parts and it needed to be right the first time. I get to LA at 2:00 am and went to hook up my generator and guess what. You guessed it, wrong parts. I went to a competitor the next day and found the right connections. It doesn't end there. My first generator lasted 5 minutes before it quit working and failed. It would not reset or power-up. I hooked the trailer up to the second generator which was larger, and it lasted 3 days. These are brand new Honda Generators. After calling the dealership and explain the problem it turns out they sold me a 50-amp trailer but told me to purchase a 30-amp generator. Not good. I'm out 5 grand plus my guys are out of power in a disaster zone. Now I'm trying to buy two new 50-amp generators and I haven't heard one apology from any top-level person. My salesperson, Chris Smith refuses to return my calls. When I finally find the two generators at a different location, they won't take a credit card over the phone. They won't let me pay online and pick up at the store that has the generators in stock and are closest to my guys. Now I am about to make another 1000 plus mile round trip to pick up two generators and deliver them to my employees so they can have power just because they cannot take a credit card over the phone. In all my life I have never been treated so poorly and with total disregard. Talk about poor customer service. If this was my company, I would have made someone put two generators in a truck and deliver them and made sure they were hooked up properly, and given the customer my personnel phone number to call at any time. Customer service in America stinks and these guys stink to high heaven. Never again. You have been warned.
