My husband's truck broke down at work called for a tow at at James was dispatched in July 2021 it was pouring rain at pickup location and our home as well after the vehicle was picked up 2 miles down the road my husband's tunnel cover was ripped off the back of his vehicle we didn't realize until the next morning when we went to check the truck we had to borrow a car to go back and search for the tunnel cover we found it and got it busted in several locations and the shocks missing I've been calling for over a year and get told the owners busy he will call you back and have yet to hear anything and I call daily multiple times

Alabama Tow & Recovery, Inc. made faulty repairs to my vehicle after an accident, using cheap and broken parts and returning the vehicle with more problems than it ever had to start with.Business response

ill need more specific details on the faulty repairs that were made & broken/cheap parts that were used. to better assist Ms. jasmine. Also, im concerned about the amount of time that has lapsed since ms. ******* has picked up the vehicle from our shop. its been over 60 days and this is the first time im hearing about these complaints. im very willing to look at the vehicle for you and you can point out what you are talking about if needed. thanks, henryCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm having another shop look at what broke in the wheel you fixed to tell 100% what the problem is there but overall the vehicle came back with more lights on than I could have ever imagined and cheap parts include the used tire I had to get replaced days after getting the vehicle back (extra inconvenient seeing as you kept my spare), the broken mirror cover, the bent break dust shield, the wheel and center cap.
