      I took my truck in for insurance repair on a hit and run. Truck bumper was replaced but stripes on it were not. I was told different things by whoever I talked to. Finally was told they hadnt come in and I was able after almost a month to get my truck back which was my only vehicle. I called before Christmas to check on stripes and was told they had to reorder them. Now 10 months since they repaired my truck I called them again Tuesday and was told ******* was out but would call me back. Again I have heard nothing. I have contacted my insurance which paid metro 10 months ago. I just want my truck stripes put on and tired of being ignored from metro body shop

      This company has had my car since August. They have lied. Like the car was ready all that was left was the door handles and it would be ready 2 days after Thanksgiving. I have called and went by there, I requested pictures and the pictures show they have taken it apart and has not even started and they are saying they don't know when it will be. They're holding my car and I am left with no transportation. I want my car released to take somewhere else and absolutely no charge......for parts or anything. They can keep the parts

      I dropped my car off to the auto repair shop in June of 2022 to get repairs done due to an accident I had. I stated when I dropped the car off that I needed it done as quickly as possible because I am a busy mother and teacher who needs reliable transportation. I was told when I dropped it off that they were going to try their hardest to get it back to me ASAP. Pretty soon after dropping it off they ordered the first parts they needed without breaking it down to see that more parts were needed to repair my car. They waited around to get those parts before ordering another set of parts. The company never called and talked to me about this all communication was initiated by me alone. They did not work well with my insurance company and didn't stay on them about sending in supplements for my car, I had to send time doing those calls for them to even get that process carried out. About three weeks ago when I was told that all my parts were supposedly in. I called and they told me it was going to be another 3 weeks because they forgot to order another part. When I kept calling to see when I could pick up the car it was only then they told me they were waiting on yet another part. They kept giving me miss information, but when I talked to them last Friday, I was told that the part would be in by Monday and that my car would be ready by next week. The receptionist promised that it would be back to me by Friday at the very latest. I have called every day and spoken with Ms. ** she has been telling me a completely different story saying I might not get my car back until next week, and today she hung up on me. I am done with Metro, they aren't honest, or informative, and they keep your car forever. They have had my car for three months and I am on the verge of tears with them. They are the worst and I will never recommend them. They cannot treat customers this way.
