When I went in to get a couple coffees the employees were acting like animals. Loud disrespectful, singing loud, showed no regard to the customers.Review from Misty R

I was screamed at by an employee after asking to speak to the manager about the rude employee. I was given no info on the general manger or manager of the store. The employee yelled at me with a store full of people. Rude employees with little to no knowledge of how to make drinks.Review from Nicolas D

The white bison on Winchester road just moved in and it is 3:00 a.m. I went by to get some coffee expecting them to really be on point since they're a brand new company in the neighborhood. When I went in one employee immediately got up and acted like he could help while the other was asleep and had trouble being woken up by the first employee. I asked what I had to do to get some coffee and the employee that was asleep who had trouble getting up said it's right there and it was in a coffee pot that looked like it's about a day old. I asked if this was new coffee he said I don't know it might be. I responded with well I don't want to pay for some might be new coffee. This employee's name was Chase he's got red hair and he's quite overweight I didn't do anything further except ask for his name and leave the store. It was the very very disappointing experience. When I came back in to ask for his name he had already fallen back asleep.
