      We are filing a complaint against ************************* a Home Builder at *********************************** regarding the unsatisfactory services we have experienced as new homeowners, Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly, by text, and certified mail with *************************, we have been met with inadequate responses, leaving us no choice but to file a complaint. Here are the details of the main issues we encountered with ***********************************:No Sod has been laid in front and the sides of our home; 11 months has passed since home was built. Money for the Sod was held at closing but was released prematurely. Concrete foundation is severely uneven throughout our home measured well over standard 3/8. Back concrete was poured to the top of the last step which is extremely dangerous when you are expecting to take another step down. The front porch brick columns cracked but have not been replaced. The front porch 4 by 4 is bowing has not been fixed.Our garage is severely cracked and does not drain, nor has been fixed.Our safe room does not have latches on the inside, only a hole where a k*** should be. Walk-in shower tiles have gaps along the wall.The flooring has separated from the living room and master bedroom, flooring has separated from living room and laundry room. New flooring was cut out and patched up with an insert piece of flooring. The front porch hold holds water when it rains.The garage door is not properly, there is a huge gap between the door and door frame.The front door, back door, and garage door have not been painted.The back porch handrails leading down to the patio concrete pad (rails) is in concrete.The back porch columns are half painted, not finished. Shingle on roof sliding down the house siding on the side of home pulling away from house. These are the main issues that ************************* at Dry Wall Pro has not resolved from our very first walk through nor second walk through with new staff.

      We purchased a new home last summer from Drywall Pro (***********************), of **********. We have had several issues with the home major & minor, that needed attention, before our year's warranty is up. I have attempted many times to contact ****************** by phone calls and text messages with little to no response. I have called & text ****************** again without any response. ***************** stopped by our home to discuss the text message I sent him. He stated that he would compile a list of items that needed to be addressed and bring it by or us to sign before any work was completed. I received a text message with a partial list of the items we had discussed & to be added any other warranty issues to list before signing. At the bottom of this message, the statement " Above mentioned warranty issues have been discussed & agreed upon and all work shall be warranties completed to satisfactory standards governed by book of national standards" with the date and "Agreed upon by builder___________ Agreed upon by owner__________. I thought he would be bringing this by to be discussed and signed but he never came. I texted ****************** back (only way to get any message to him) the additional items to be added. I found the email for ****************** and sent him another message that way be haven't received a response. There are Other home owners in our neighborhood that are having similar issues with ******************. I am not sure what I should do next. My realtor suggested that I contact the BBB first before going further.
