    As advised during my checkout there was a leak and I stepped in toilet water. The front desk stated she would give my contact information to the manager and the manager would contact me if they felt my concern was valid. I did not hear back from the manager so I filed a complaint online with Days Inns / Wyndham. The General Manager *********************** responded to the complaint I filed with their corporate office stating "We Apologize for Your stay Thank you For Your Kind word ,As Per Our Inspection Pool and Bathroom Was Newly Remodel And Its Not Leaking ,sorry for inconvenience." I responded by asking Sandip not to play games with me and question my integrity. I advised Sandip I have photos and after I zoomed in on the photos today I noticed how filthy the tile was around the toilet. Sandip has not responded to my request for a partial refund and continues to ignore me. The webiste states "Our signature Count on Me service culture encourages each team member to be responsive, be respectful and deliver great experiences to our guests, partners and communities." "' Integrity We hold ourselves to the highest standards. Were responsible, truthful and transparent. We do the right thing.Accountability - We honor our commitments and deliver results. Under any circumstance, we stand up and say: Count on Me.' I do not feel Sandip is honoring the culture, integrity, and accountability as promised on their website. Sandip is not being truthful or transparent, not honoring their commitment, and did not meet the high standards.
